Summary

At first, astral projection brings a sense of wonder, freedom outside the body, and reduced fear of death. The practice requires effort and expands perception through the chakras. Repeating projections, recording them, and comparing experiences help verify facts and avoid distorted or convenient interpretations. With maturity, curiosity gives way to spiritual assistance, guided by ethics and dignity, for the benefit of others. In 1990, Moisés began assisting a team of helpers as people passed away under the guidance of evolved consciousnesses, and he came to understand death as a continuation of life. What is learned should be applied in everyday life and help overcome fears, beliefs, and prejudices.

When we engage in astral projection, during our first projections, we become somewhat dazzled. Imagine leaving your body and feeling that indescribable freedom. You feel very free but cannot explain to another person in words what happened. It means freeing yourself from the great weight of the body and threatening emotional contexts; for example, you free yourself from the fear of death. You no longer have a destructible physical body. In addition, you can go anywhere because you have acquired the ability to travel without a physical vehicle. You can therefore go wherever you want, which is wonderful.

Today, if you want to travel from here to the pyramids of Egypt, you will have to spend several hours flying. With astral projection, you can do this in millionths of a second, enter the pyramids, observe everything inside them, and acquire very useful archaeological knowledge. This is extremely important because you will begin practicing, discover things, and then be able to make notes. Another person who practices astral projection may or may not confirm what you observed, or may have a different view; nevertheless, you will be following a path of knowledge.

Some astral projections I conducted with other people matched each other. I find this very interesting because you ultimately say: this happened. Today, when I do some kind of work, I do not rely on a single projection and declare that this is how things are; I have several projections, write them down, and check whether my view is distorted or convenient, because we can distort things in our favor.

At first, the practice tends to remain playful and exploratory. When I began having astral projections, I was a boy. What I wanted was to discover; it was fun and playful. I floated inside trees, above trees, over utility poles, over the roof of my house, and in the street, watching people go by. I wanted to touch people to see whether they felt anything; I observed friends and then told them what I had seen at night, and they allowed me to do so. This is interesting because you are learning.

There was one very interesting situation: during a projection, I saw a very close friend in a car with his girlfriend. I entered the car, because I was very close to him, and stayed in the back. He and his girlfriend talked while I observed the road they were driving on. The next day, I told him everything I had seen. He said, "You are describing exactly what happened; my girlfriend and I were on that road at the time you mentioned, which must have been a certain hour." It was very good in terms of experience and knowledge. One should not leave the body to have fantasies and daydreams; one must leave the body and verify facts, not versions, because we construct many versions—whatever is convenient for us.

Our true work is to go much further, learn more, and apply it positively and happily in everyday life. I currently provide spiritual assistance. There is no point in learning spirituality or astral projection merely to observe others. One must have ethics and follow a path of dignity, because this is fundamental if knowledge is to be used both by you and by others.

Our journey through life is very short. Do not imagine that living seventy or eighty years is a long time. In truth, it is a spark in eternity. You will see this. Some time ago, you did various things, and today you are in another situation. Thirty years ago, I did various things; today, I look back and realize how quickly everything passed. It is therefore important to make use of all knowledge.

This is a matter of effort. Do not expect to achieve astral projection simply by reading a book or buying a kit that provides an instant projection when you open the package; effort is required. The path is learned by walking. I know several people who dedicated themselves and can achieve astral projections. Does a person's life change? It most certainly does. There is no way around it: your life will not remain the same after you succeed. You may have certain types of visions and perceptions, go to particular places, hear certain things, and experience precognitions and retrocognitions. Then, over time, you will also greatly expand your capacity for perception through the chakras. This changes your life; it cannot be avoided.

At first, we become euphoric and dazzled. Then we begin doing work and want to use this ability to accomplish better things than before, which becomes a challenge. In the beginning, we are learning, as when learning to ride a bicycle. Once we have mastered the practice, we begin doing things far beyond that, using energies, chakras, and the influence we can exert on people so that they become better and happier.

One experience that was very interesting in my life was working with astral projection, which seemed to me a somewhat lonely path. When I began, I could not speak with many people, not even my family, because I feared being labeled crazy. Even when I was able to talk a little, there were still few people with whom I could discuss the subject. Some wanted to listen but did not understand it well. That is why I founded the Center for Consciousness Studies (CEC).

There were few books when I began; the number later increased. Astral projection, however, provides knowledge that cannot be found in books or television documentaries. The movies we watch do not present the reality of this kind of knowledge. It is important to know that the astral dimension, from which we came, is very rich and contains much more than one can imagine. You will understand how death is processed, a subject that causes us great fear, and how passage to the other side occurs.

I continued providing spiritual assistance until I reached a major challenge in my life, which was to learn and determine whether I could help with disincarnations. I needed to succeed and kept searching and having astral projections; I have always been very determined and persistent. Those who live with me know what I am like: I do not give up on things and continue until I succeed. My mother always said: if it is not finished, it is because Moisés Esagüi is still working; he will not stop. I truly have always been this way. I believe that anyone who wants to accomplish something good should put their entire heart and will into it and make an effort. We always achieve everything we want.

In 1990, I began doing disincarnation work, helping a team of helpers who work in this area and seeking to understand how disincarnations are processed. Learning also reveals how we seek explanations aligned with what we want to see. We want to understand not the fact, but the more convenient versions that soothe our hearts and fears. We therefore often construct a story. Disincarnation is not something terrible; it is the continuity of our life. It is important to know how it happens. I began doing this work, and it is very interesting. Death is often seen as something terrible.

You begin to discover that death is a wonderful form of work, carried out by extremely evolved consciousnesses. Death has always had a very ugly appearance, with a horrible scythe. It is portrayed this way in movies: as something violent and terrible. To us, dying means losing the physical body, a grief we do not want to face. We do not want to lose life, the car, the family, everything, our history. Apparently, this happens.

But you can create things that persist. What remains of us on this Earth when we no longer have a physical body is memory. This memory can be very good, constructive, and happy, and can continue beyond all the people inhabiting this planet. If you want to do this, you will have to make some effort. I began doing disincarnation work, and it taught me a great deal. First, you understand how each thing happens, how disincarnation occurs in particular places, with different kinds of people, and at each person's respective level. How would you handle the disincarnation of someone who accepts death and someone who does not? There are many questions. Although the process lasts only a few seconds, you learn a great deal about the subject.

Astral projection allows one to go beyond what has already been seen in spirituality. Continued work expanded my knowledge of spirituality, astral projections, and death, bringing answers I did not have before.

You may say that there are things I do not know. I can state that we can do everything in this world. There is nothing we cannot do. No one, however, knows everything, because the universe is immense and, at the same time, small. In the end, we will discover that all of us must follow a path of learning and experience in order truly to reach a state of knowledge.

That is where you are headed: becoming better than you once were. This journey is not short; it is long. To achieve this, we will pass through all the things we have created: fences, walls, barriers we ourselves erected, and prejudices and beliefs we invented to describe a world we do not know. To ease our fears, we created countless mechanisms. Astral projection will free you from all of this.
