Summary
When many people engage in activities linked to the energies of the lower chakras, those who perceive these energies with great sensitivity suffer in that environment. Noting how long you can stay, stepping out for a while and then returning can help you deal with this discomfort. Clairvoyance practices allow you to develop your own perception of the spiritual world, without relying on other people to know who is nearby. Evolving requires effort and overcoming fear. Over time, you learn to live with spirits and with the physical and spiritual realities, which become one and are experienced naturally.

Our body is a large mechanism that needs circulating energy to function. This energy nourishes us spiritually and energetically and is reflected in our mental states and vitality. The truth is that, in virtually everyone, this energy does not flow as it should, for various reasons. The point is to understand human bioenergy, how to activate our energy and overcome blockages, and, above all, how to make changes to increase our capacity for energy circulation, boost our energy and vitality, and improve our life as a whole.
Communication with spiritual helpers and spiritual harassment are two opposite things, but they have to do with our relationship with spirituality, which we need to learn more about.
A listener asks: "My friend Moisés, I would like you to clarify something for me. Some situations I experience cause me anguish, uneasiness, and sometimes even tachycardia. I notice this mainly at gatherings such as birthday parties, family parties, and especially at Christmas. I thought it had to do with a social difficulty of mine, but apparently I do not have that problem. I get along well with everyone. Now that I am seeking more spiritual knowledge, I wanted to ask you whether this could have anything to do with the spiritual plane. Is there any logic to what I said? I am sorry if the question was silly, but I am new to the subject."
The spiritual path is not the one we preach about all the time, where you talk to someone and the person says: "Look, your aura is beautiful, it is very beautiful, you are going to be very happy now." That is either true or it is not. The spiritual path is the path of enlightenment, where you learn things and put them into practice in everyday life.
When we do not see spirits, do not see the aura, do not have out-of-body experiences, and our clairvoyance is still very dull, our perception of the environment and its energies is not very clear to us. For example, you feel a sudden headache and attribute it to something physical you did, something that upset you, something you ate, or a change in temperature. Sometimes that may indeed be the cause; or it could be, for example, a needy spirit or even the spirit of a family member approaching.
You mentioned family parties. It is a good idea for us to use common sense in recognizing the level of evolution of the people around us. A person's level of evolution has to do with what they do, their behavior, the ideas they express, and, above all, their ability to relate positively to others. We have to follow a path in this life in which we treat people with respect, treat them well, and motivate them. When we are angry with someone or keep criticizing someone else, no matter who it is, it is because things within us, in terms of our energy, are not very good.
Notice whether they are aggressive or passive, whether they have extreme mood swings, whether they change their tone of voice or are overly intrusive, intruding and not caring about others. All of this has to do with spirituality. You cannot have emotional difficulties and be spiritually at peace. Knowledge will help us know how long we can stay in each of these places. Perhaps you can think about this, because this is my own view, and the people listening to me may disagree and say: "Look, Moisés, I do not accept what you are saying."
It is important to examine the environment from a perspective of inner openness. We say: "But he is my father, my father is good; she is my mother, my mother is good." I am not saying that we do not have to respect people. We have to respect everyone around us, no matter who they are, without any discrimination. I think that if we want to grow, to be better than we are, we will have to follow a very honorable path so that later on we can say: "My goodness, I did the best I could."
The parties you mention probably involve alcohol, cigarettes, and various other things. I am going to ask questions that you can answer for yourself: do you think an evolved consciousness would smoke a Cuban cigar? Do you think an evolved consciousness would drink any kind of alcoholic beverage, wine, or beer? These are questions for you to think about. An evolved consciousness is beyond that realm, because these things are emotional. Likewise, our physical body is an emotional context; it is a context for learning. It really is emotional. You will see that great consciousnesses, or consciousnesses that have gone beyond the limits of the physical body, have stopped many emotional processes.
You said that you experience tachycardia, uneasiness, and anguish. I think this is the beginning of a perception that needs to be explored so that you can be happier. When we have this kind of perception, we tend to want to suppress it because it seems better: "If everyone is at the party, if everyone is doing it, I feel this, but I really do not want to feel this." I have heard people say: "I do not want to see spirits under any circumstances." The person is a Spiritist but does not want to see spirits. So consider the path you truly want to follow.
I think our path is multidimensional. You have to perceive physical things and extra-physical things to better understand everything around you and life itself. I believe this is the path that leads us to liberation, because one day you have a body, and on another day you do not have a physical body.
If you did not understand an answer or did not like it, you can say: "Moisés, you answered, but I did not quite understand, and I did not like your answer. Can you talk a little more about it?" Feel free to do so, because I think it is right for us to be able to question everything. People certainly have the right to question what I am saying, especially since I do not believe anyone holds the absolute truth. We can know relative truths, but certainly not absolute ones. I even believe that absolute truth does not exist.
You are going to have to attend the Christmas party; there is no way around it. So you already know you are going to feel these things. See how long you can stay in the environment; step out for a while and then come back. When you feel that the situation is weighing too heavily on you, find a way to avoid suffering so much.
My father used to have birthday parties at his house. Since he had a small country property and lived in a place where he knew everyone, a lot of people would come. A very large number of people would gather, and I had to go there. But I observed how long I could manage to stay among all those people and would tell him beforehand: "Dad, I am going to stay for twenty minutes." It was a place with a lot of vegetation. I would greet everyone, hug everyone, do everything I had to do, and then leave.
At a party, for example, you are going to drink, smoke, and release all your emotional energy. When many people are engaged in an activity that draws them toward the energies of the lower chakras, a person with a very sensitive perception of those energies will suffer in that environment. So here is a suggestion: see how long you can stay in each of these places; perhaps that would be better.
Another listener, from Itatiba, reports: "I have learned a great deal from what I have heard, and I confess that getting in touch with yourself is not so simple, but we feel better and better as we see that we are capable of improving ourselves. After taking the clairvoyance course at CEC, I started doing the practices at home, and the results are getting better and better. However, I notice that I have been having difficulties because I perceive more and more of the spiritual side, including the harassment that surrounds us. I would like you to give us some advice on how to deal with these two realities, the physical and the spiritual. What is it like for you?"
What you are talking about is very serious. You will be able to see your past lives, see the consciousnesses that are by your side. If you have deceased relatives, you will be able to see your grandfather, your father, your deceased brother. You will be able to see many things. Of course, when you hear this, you may say: "Then that is wonderful! I want to, I want to, I want to be able to see." I think that if you ask a hundred people, at least about seventy will say they want to. The point is that, out of those seventy, you will discover that not even ten want to see, because it is a serious matter.
There was an incident involving Fátima, who always accompanies me. She used to say: "Moisés, I want to see spirits." One day, she was at CEC, crouching on the floor, organizing some things. She had put those things on the floor to make it easier for herself. I do not make much noise when I approach people, especially since I always wear rubber shoes to avoid slipping. I approached her and, when I was very close, said: "Hello, Fátima."
She almost collapsed. She was terribly startled and almost collapsed. She turned around and said: "Oh, you startled me." I said: "Fátima, just look at what you are saying. You are saying that you want to see spirits, but I am not even a spirit, and you were startled. Let me tell you something about spirits. Sometimes I am reading or working at the computer, and a spirit comes up beside me, next to my shoulder, and watches what I am reading. You sense the presence of that head right there beside you."
This is a serious matter, and we think: "My goodness, what do I do?" We have to learn to deal with this reality, because it is part of our current reincarnation. We can do these exercises, learn, become better, and give ourselves, as consciousnesses, access to our own perception of the spiritual world, instead of continually asking and outsourcing it: "Look, who is beside me?" If you can see, you are the one seeing.
You may say: "Oh, but I am afraid." But you have to overcome your fear, or you will not move forward, you will not evolve. And who said evolving is easy? It is not easy at all. It takes effort.
Over time, you will learn to deal with these two realities, the physical and the spiritual, which will become one. You will be able to live with them naturally, very naturally. I think this is important, because you keep growing and making more room for your life, for everything you are, until you reach a stage of total liberation.
