Summary
Immanent energy was not encoded by a consciousness. We draw this energy from nature and transform it into actions. When we organize our thoughts and exteriorize it, it becomes consciential energy and reflects our emotions. Emotional flaws can fragment and disorganize it. A scale associates dense energies with the base chakra and subtle and expansive energies with the higher chakras, without excluding the others. To create happiness, we need to expand in a positive way, as when we love without wanting anything in return. Being authentic means acting according to our own beliefs, without depending on criticism or praise.

What is truly important is to understand that criticism and praise make no difference. We need to be authentic and to act in accordance with our beliefs. This attitude is essential. We often wait for others to recognize or validate us, but in fact we are the ones who should do that. Deep down, we are pure energy—each of us is energy, configured in different ways, but energy nonetheless. The entire universe is energy, and our origin is energetic as well. When we configure ourselves with thoughts, ideas, and initiatives, we create will. Energy dominates the universe; it is everything.
Immanent energy is present throughout the universe and has not been encoded by any consciousness. When a consciousness organizes thoughts and exteriorizes that energy, it becomes consciential energy. This term describes the energy that each of us exteriorizes. If we are happy, we encode energy with that frequency. If we are sad or depressed, the energy exteriorized is denser and disorganized. These are the consciential energies we produce.
It is possible to create a scale for these energies. A Spiritist author proposed a scale in which the densest energies—such as hatred and anger—are generated in the base chakra, related to the Earth, creation, and destruction. The subtler and more expansive energies, which bring joy and happiness, are in the crown chakra or in the higher chakras. We are not simply yes or no; we are a mixture of everything that exists. Working with the base chakra does not exclude the other chakras, but the predominance may lie there.
When we feel anger, we say it is in the heart, but in fact it is generated in the chakras below the heart and contaminates all the others. We produce bad energies when we work with dense energies. To create happiness and positive energy, we need to always expand positively. That is consciential energy. Think about sincerely telling someone that you care about them, without emotional blocks. To love truly is to want nothing in return—which is difficult. Few people manage that.
Gandhi, for example, lived simply, wearing only a loincloth, without caring about what others did, even when they beat him. He acted in accordance with his beliefs, which I believe were based on love. These are consciential energies. We take in immanent energy from nature and transform it in our daily actions. Unfortunately, we often fragment that energy and exteriorize it in the wrong way, reflecting our emotional flaws. That is consciential energy.
