Summary

Before achieving lucid astral projection, it is essential to cultivate everyday lucidity: clarity of thought and presence in what you do. Emotional lumps undermine this lucidity and lead you to act on autopilot, without understanding your own motives or learning from experiences. To increase lucidity, you need to question what you do and why, maintain clear goals, and carry out tasks attentively, without procrastinating.

The question received is excellent. Many people at CEC seek the experience of a lucid astral projection, which is truly wonderful. However, before achieving lucid astral projection—which occurs at night, during sleep, when one leaves the body lucidly—it is essential to have lucidity while we are in the physical body, awake and carrying out our daily activities. The question then arises: how can we be more lucid in everyday life? Being lucid means having clarity of thought, being present, and being aware of what one is doing.

What takes away this lucidity is undoubtedly our emotional lumps. We often cannot see people or what we are doing. We spend our days on autopilot, rushing without knowing why or what for, moving at high speed, listening to audio recordings quickly, without patience, without learning from experiences and, most importantly, without understanding the reason for our actions.

To increase lucidity, perhaps it is necessary to work a little on our clarity and goals. We should question what we are doing and why we are doing it, and move forward. If we set out to do something, we need to have a clear goal and cannot stop or procrastinate. We should not allow our internal patterns to invade us to the point that we lose this clarity. The idea is to be present in what we do, carry out tasks attentively, question the reason for our actions, and move forward. That is the goal.
