We are continuing the discussion of energetic dimensions and vehicles of manifestation. We have discussed the astral body, physical body, and mental body in order to better understand the work of astral projection. The physical body is dense and belongs to the dimension we know in everyday life. This dimension is wonderful because in it we encounter every type of consciousness, from the most elevated to the most primitive. It is important to respect them all because we are all on the same evolutionary path. The physical body makes the experience of astral projection possible, which is the transition from the physical dimension to a more subtle energetic dimension. In this dimension, it is possible to move freely around the planet and beyond, but this requires effort and continuity.

Astral projection can be seen as an altered state of consciousness. Upon leaving the body, one enters an unknown dimension that provides incredible freedom, free from the difficulties of the physical plane. It is possible to think of a place and move there instantly, without needing vehicles such as cars or bicycles. In the physical body, movement is sequential, while in the astral body it is instantaneous. In the mental body, there is no movement; one simply is. Time, in fact, is a construct of our own, created to organize our physical experience.

During astral projection, it is possible to perceive things that could not be seen before, such as chakras. They are energy-capturing centers that vitalize our vehicles, especially the physical one. Some chakras, such as the laryngeal and hepatic chakras, exteriorize energy most of the time, but they also capture it. Energy is exteriorized in pulses, not like a continuous laser beam. These pulses may be faster or slower depending on the chakra being used. The more advanced the consciousness, the less perceptible these pulses are during the exteriorization of energy.

The crown chakra's pulses occur at such a high speed that they become almost imperceptible and appear to be stationary. The pulses of the base chakra, which is related to sexuality, are also fast but become clear in specific situations. During an orgasm, for example, the pulses are perceptible. In nirvanic meditations or meditations with defined objectives, there is a stability that prevents clear perception of the pulses. Knowing our chakras is essential to spiritual growth, making better and greater paths possible.

We can live confined to the physical body, denying other dimensions, but when we expand our consciousness, our universe opens up. Evolution occurs through relationships, in which we exchange experiences and learn about ourselves and others. This is not limited to psychoanalysis but is a direct observation of the world. Astral projection and the dimensions have our growth as their objective, and this growth occurs by learning how to relate to everything around us, whether people, nature, or animals. It is not possible to evolve in isolation; interaction is necessary.

To evolve and activate all chakra frequencies, complete openness is necessary, both vertically (knowledge) and horizontally (interaction with one's surroundings). Reading and learning without practice lead nowhere. Astral projection offers a new space that should be put to good use. Knowledge of the physical body and the energy body is fundamental to self-knowledge.

Information such as the number of bones and arteries in the physical body and what happens when empty spaces are removed from the physical, astral, and mental bodies is relevant to this study. Astral projection is the main pillar of the Center for Consciousness Studies (CEC). We must not outsource knowledge; when one has a conscious astral projection, life changes permanently. It becomes possible to understand how to relate to the spiritual world. Death becomes merely a continuation, and the central idea is relationships. Personal effort is fundamental to evolution. Existential programming is individual.

The objective is to grow and bring knowledge and light to the people around us. We are moving forward, and it may seem slow, but this is the time when we are progressing most rapidly. In previous lives, we were slower.
