Summary

Death does not eliminate suffering or automatically change a person: happiness depends on eliminating inner conflicts. Helpers may assist with the passage, but lucidity and an understanding of spirituality allow people to move forward without repeating habits from physical life. Both those who stay and those who depart experience grief, and attachment can hinder this continuity. In the spiritual dimension, the consciousness uses another vehicle and can continue working to grow. Reincarnation is not mandatory: the decision depends on the person’s consciousness, and attachments, fears, or desires motivate new births into egregors compatible with their energetic level.

This is the fifth day of the course "Learn About Reincarnation." In the previous days, we addressed the introduction (on the first day), birth (on the second and third), and the path of physical life (on the fourth). Today, we will discuss the moment of death and life in the extra-physical dimension. I am going to present two situations: a person who is happy and well resolved, who knows spirituality, and another who is unhappy, with problems and spiritual ignorance.

Suppose you are unhappy, with depression, panic disorder, and relationship difficulties. When you make the passage to the other side, whether through illness or natural death at an advanced age, the helpers can inject energy into you, improving your state. That makes their work easier when they receive you, allowing spiritual relatives and friends to guide you. However, the loss of the physical body does not eliminate suffering; you continue as you were. Being happy is an inner achievement—do not confuse it with euphoria. Happiness is stability, understanding, and maturity.

Understanding spirituality is crucial. Without it, death can be like entering a dark room. At the moment of death, consciousnesses remove you from the physical body through the acceleration of the heart chakra. That is my view, based on more than fifty years of astral projection experiences. No one holds the absolute truth, but I share what I learn.

After being removed from the body, you go on with kindred consciousnesses, who may be spiritual relatives or friends. Lucidity when leaving the body varies; it is important to work toward reaching a good level of lucidity, realizing that life continues. Death is frightening, even for spiritualists. It is a loss: of the body, of people, of possessions. Both the one who stays and the one who departs experiences grief. Earthly attachment can be harmful; consciousness is needed in order to move forward.

If you are in an unfavorable condition, you may repeat previous patterns, such as staying at home or watching your own burial. I have witnessed wakes where the deceased person was present, on top of the body or sitting there, without understanding the situation. In one case of suicide, the person seemed wrapped in a very dense energy; someone who takes their own life was already not well before and continues as they were. Suicide does not resolve problems; the path must be walked with good sense.

If you find yourself in a cycle of repetition, living as if you were still in the physical body, looking for meals and trying to interact with people, that is a sign that you have not yet fully understood spirituality. Spirituality should set us free, allowing us to continue our work even after we leave the physical body. Working is essential for our growth, and work is a verb that implies continuity. We need to follow a path that is really worthwhile, avoiding stagnating in emotional processes and difficulties.

In the spiritual dimension, we can continue with happiness, seeing and doing everything, using a new vehicle for our consciousness to move about in. It is essential that we be well, without the cloudiness that often accompanies us in physical life. The path I follow is one of research and searching, always open to new discoveries. I believe that true happiness comes from eliminating inner conflicts and emotional charges, allowing us to relate to others without judgments. That, for me, is love—and it is a great challenge for everyone.

At the moment of death, we can move between dimensions, observing new things and deciding whether or not we will reincarnate, depending on our consciousness. Reincarnation is not mandatory; it occurs through attachments, fears, or desires. We are born into egregors compatible with our energetic level, not into super-evolved families. The spiritual path is full of variables, with cities, houses, and people that we recognize but do not know physically. Both the physical world and the spiritual world are wonderful, and learning about them is valuable.
