Summary
A healthy sexual relationship depends on awareness, independence, respect, trust, and honest dialogue between partners. It begins before the partners get into bed and is not limited to the union of their bodies or the pursuit of orgasm. Fears and inhibitions do not have to be overcome immediately, but it is necessary to be honest about them. Pornography and threesomes do not lead to liberation or independence; involving others increases the complexity because of the spiritual presences that accompany each person. Orgasm differs from ejaculation: it involves the reverberation of the chakras and can lead to astral projection. The energy generated during sex can also be used by spiritual helpers to benefit other people.

Sexuality can be healthy. Thousands of years ago, the sexual relationship between man and woman was something primitive: the man united with the woman without much awareness of what he was doing. Over time, we refined this practice, but it became more imaginative than real. The sexual relationship does not happen fully without consciousness between the two people. Fear is a great obstacle.
This fear is internal, the result of blocks that keep us from showing ourselves to the other person. Some people feel comfortable undressing, while others prefer to turn off the light so as not to expose their body. The sexual relationship does not begin in bed; it begins much earlier—perhaps even before we were born, when our parents came together. A sexual relationship is not just the union of two bodies. It should be more creative, but not in the sense of resorting to pornographic films or fantasies that distort reality. Many believe that spicing up the relationship with pornography or a threesome is exciting, but that does not lead to liberation and independence.
For a healthy relationship, it is essential that people be independent and respect each other. Proposing to include third parties in the sexual relationship is a mistaken idea. Each person has many spirits, and including more people increases that complexity. Even when we are alone with our partner, there are always spiritual presences around us.
To be happy, it is important for the partner to have some notion of spirituality. The relationship between man and woman should be productive, not focused only on orgasm. Many people confuse orgasm with ejaculation, but true orgasm involves the reverberation of the chakras and can even lead to an astral projection. Respecting the partner is essential. Gestures such as hugging, caressing, and giving gifts are important. We often do not see how important the other person is because of our fears and difficulties. It is essential to wake up to this.
Those who have partners should learn to have a mature physical relationship. That requires time and willingness to get to know each other and to discuss fears and difficulties. It is not necessary to overcome all the barriers immediately, but to be sincere about them. A relationship between man and woman does not begin in bed, but it can be very productive there. That depends on knowledge and maturity.
Have you ever thought that a sexual relationship can help people? You may be generating energy so that spiritual helpers can use that energy for the benefit of others. It is possible to do this. It is a matter of having knowledge about healthy sex, which goes beyond what we have learned. The relationship between man and woman is a wonderful exchange, one that should not be blocked by fears and emotional charges. We need to be open, trusting the other person completely, and that only happens when we open up to the person. That is why it is important to talk about this at the beginning of a relationship. Ask: can you be sincere with me? I would like to be sincere with you. If that is not possible, perhaps it is better not to have a partner at all.
Sexuality is something fascinating, but we follow paths that we learned without questioning. Talking about the subject has its advantages, such as opening the laryngeal chakra, and perhaps some people can benefit from that.
