Summary
At age 4 or 5, Moisés already saw chakras as points of light on people's bodies without understanding what they were. His perception became clearer after he moved to São Paulo, but only later did he understand the astral projections he was already experiencing.

The beginning of my search for and understanding of chakras goes back to when I was 4 or 5 years old. At that time, I saw points of light on people's bodies but did not assign them the importance they acquired later. I lived in Manaus. I saw small beings, approximately my height, perhaps a little taller. In the figures I saw, larger lights appeared, like spheres, but I did not understand their meaning. I began recounting my astral projections only at age seven because, before then, I think my understanding was limited. Over time, these points of light grew in size.
I remember an Indigenous woman who worked in our home: when I observed her, I saw a large sphere on the lower part of her body. I did not know exactly what I was seeing, but I perceived that they were small spheres with a very intense color, measuring approximately 2 to 3 centimeters. After I moved to São Paulo, I began to see more clearly but still did not fully understand what I saw. I knew that I left the body and did various things, but an understanding of what astral projections were came only later, when I began to see more clearly.
