Summary
Time varies with speed and, in the astral dimension, is not sequential as it is on Earth: activities that would take hours can take only a few minutes of physical time or occur without any time passing here. Moisés provided spiritual assistance in various locations and returned after only three minutes of physical time. Studying this difference can help plan off-planet travel.

We are dealing with time. Time is relative. Einstein discovered this, I believe, through his experiments and calculations, and brought it to public attention. When we practice outside the physical dimension, we perceive this reality in another way. I recall Einstein's clock paradox: as we increase speed, time behaves in a different way. Let us suppose that Earth has a circumference of about 40 thousand kilometers. If we travel at 40 thousand kilometers per hour, we go around the planet in one hour.
If the speed is 40 thousand kilometers per second, the trip around occurs in one second. This theory suggests that time can become negative and reverse itself, making it possible to arrive before departing. My experiences in the astral dimension show that time there does not correspond to physical time. On Earth, time is sequential, defined by clocks. In the astral, we can carry out activities that, rationally, would take hours, but which, upon our return, consumed only one or two physical minutes. In spiritual assistances, I moved through several localities, performed many tasks and, upon returning, only three physical minutes had passed. Time in the subtle dimension is not sequential as it is on Earth; at times, it does not even exist. We can carry out activities and, upon returning, time has not passed here.
Studying this difference is valuable, because this knowledge can be useful in travel outside the planet. Understanding time in a different way helps us to plan better, considering factors such as food and temperature. This knowledge can give us more time to live and improve our planning in various areas.
