Summary

Chakras capture and exteriorize energy, supporting balance, movement, and expression. The base chakra enables consciousness to manifest physically and interact with the world, while connecting to the crown chakra or higher chakras provides a different perception of life during spiritual experiences. Focusing only on the base chakra limits improvement; the goal is to evolve to the crown chakra, seeking liberation through knowledge of the chakras.

Chakras are fundamental in our lives because they provide us with the energy necessary to move and express ourselves. We have thousands of chakras, but I usually focus on roughly nine, although I mention only seven to make them easier to understand. The seven main chakras are the base, spleen, navel, heart, laryngeal, frontal, and crown chakras. These are the most widely discussed in the literature and are the largest. Although there are chakras on the back, the ones I mention are located at the front. They are crucial to our balance, capturing and exteriorizing energy according to their location and each person's activity. For example, someone who talks a great deal uses the laryngeal chakra extensively to exteriorize energy.

The base chakra is extremely important because it is related to the crown chakra. It connects us to the earth, life, and relationships with everything around us: trees, plants, water, light, stars, and the ground. Everything we touch and see is connected to the base chakra. For spiritual experiences, we connect to the crown chakra or to higher chakras, which provide us with a different perception of life.

Understanding and accepting chakras is essential to our wisdom and competence. Focusing only on the base chakra limits our improvement. Some people have continuity but not the necessary sequentiality. The base chakra provides us with physical contact and interaction with the world. Consciousnesses without the base chakra cannot manifest physically.

The base chakra is a chakra of physical contact and relationships. When we engage in sexual relations, we are making contact with the base chakra. We need this understanding so that we do not lose our way and can accomplish what we came here to do. Our goal is to evolve from the base chakra to the crown chakra, seeking liberation through knowledge of the chakras. The base chakra allows us to see colors of the natural spectrum, while the crown chakra reveals other colors to us, expanding our knowledge.
