Summary
The energy in a place comes from people: some of the energy produced remains there, and energy exchanges between people tend toward balance. When we are joyful, we exteriorize light energies; when we are angry or jealous, we exteriorize dense energies through the lower chakras. Feeling unwell in public places does not mean you are affected by the evil eye. To recognize these patterns, you need to sense the environment without judging people by their appearance or financial situation or rejecting them: evolution takes place through relationships with others. Protection depends on your own pattern, not on protective bubbles, because dense energies cling to those who operate at the same frequency. Improving this pattern requires changing your behavior, thoughts, and actions, reading enlightening material, and dedicating yourself to this work.

Today's topic is the energy of environments. A listener reports: "I work at a company with several departments, and I clearly perceive the difference in energy when I enter the rooms. Some departments are pleasant and make me want to stay longer, but others seem heavy, and I cannot remain for more than a few minutes. Is this real? Do environments become impregnated with energies?"
The difference in environments lies in the people. Something always changes in the relationship between them; without interaction, nothing happens, even if the encounter is casual or brief. This relationship generates a different movement: when you talk with someone, the energy exchange tends to seek balance. Thus, if you are in a bad mood and the other person is in a good mood, after spending time together, the mood of one passes to the other. The person in a good mood becomes a little less cheerful; the person in a worse mood becomes less ill-humored. This is how energy exchanges occur.
These energies generated by each of us are divided: one part remains in the environment, and another continues with us. When I enter a room and perceive that the energy is very good, the first thing I notice is the quality of the energy exteriorized in the environment. Happy, good-humored, playful people exteriorize energies that circulate more freely, are lighter, and are less impregnated with rules. In an environment where people are ill-humored, the energies they exude are denser.
When we speak of a bad mood, anger, or jealousy, we are referring to energies cast into the environment through the lower chakras, which are chakras of greater density and operate at this type of energetic frequency. When we speak of joy, we operate through higher chakras, those of people who have greater discernment and can deal with the environment better. Upon entering a particular room at a company, you may perceive that it is heavy; the energies there are certainly blocked because the people exude this type of energy. You will probably also perceive that the people are blocked and full of limitations; this is a reality. In the other room you enter, you will find a playful group that tells jokes and teases one another. These energies are gentler.
It is important to examine this in order to determine how long you will remain in the environment. Fátima comments that staying in a bad environment is not good. A listener asks: "Whenever I go to a public place, I experience a severe headache and great drowsiness, regardless of the time of day. Is this related to the evil eye?" We often confuse things. When we approach someone and do not feel well, we tend to say, "I have been affected by the evil eye"; we attribute it to the person. Each individual exteriorizes or emits their own energy pattern. People are not the same because we do not reincarnate in an identical way; we are different. Thus, your life history and your reactions to the environment are not the same as another person's.
Here on Earth, we have 6 billion and 700 million inhabitants. No one has the same pattern because each person's history was not the same. It does not matter where you were born in Brazil; people are more similar. That is not how it works because, through reincarnation processes, you are born once in Brazil, twice, three times, but you may also be born in Italy or other places. Each of us constitutes our history by traveling throughout the planet.
Those listening should not speak ill of others. Sometimes a person has a habit of discriminating: they point at someone and say that this person is Jewish, Black, homosexual, or a prostitute. You put labels on others, and each of us has already been labeled. Do not think it has not been this way; when pointing your finger at another person, you may be pointing at yourself, at your own history, without realizing it. For this reason, it is better to see things from a broader, more conscious plane.
When you enter a public place such as the subway, there is a very large number of people there, and all these people have a more or less similar pattern. Do not think that everyone is the same; they are not. It is only more or less similar. But the people's level, their energy work, may constitute a dense pattern. Then you become immersed in these energies. When you enter the subway, examine how you feel. When you leave, observe how you feel. I am saying this so that you understand energy, not so that you stop riding the subway.
Sometimes, when speaking about a hospital, a person thinks they should not enter because everyone there is ill. That is not how it works: you do not enter the hospital and find terrible energies. The hospital has helpers; it has everything. It is a form of assistential work. At the hospital, you go there to heal what you planted over several lives. This place generates energies that may affect you, especially if you are a person with a more sophisticated and subtle pattern.
When you know about this, you begin to notice differences even in individual relationships. If there is someone you approach and say, "Wow, I approached this person and felt this way," that person perceives it. You are learning. This is not about rejecting people; it is not about rejecting anyone. It is a learning experience. This planet is a planet of learning, and we should contribute as much as we can to others. We came here to learn to share this immense space that is Earth. We did not come here to remove people from our lives; otherwise, there would be no need for so many people. I always say this because we think we will live alone on an island and will thereby be at peace. You do not evolve that way. Evolution occurs in relation to others.
The evil eye is something else. This issue has to do with the energies generated by people. In public places, you will normally find every type of person unless the place is more refined. Even in a refined environment where people have greater financial means, this does not mean it has a better pattern. Do not fool yourself: I went somewhere where everyone was very well dressed and perfumed and everything was just right, but that does not indicate that the environment is better.
The best way to detect an environment is to feel it. In some places, the environment is very heavy even though its appearance is sophisticated; one does not know who the people are. Therefore, it is important to reflect on this. In addition, learning more about energy—not superficial information—is fundamental. It is not enough to perform the laying on of hands and claim that we are already working with energy. This represents only 0.01% of the knowledge of energies. We need to know much more in order to follow a path of happiness, light, and understanding of this world, especially an understanding of oneself and the people around one.
A listener asked whether it is possible to construct an energetic dome around himself. While at work, he is covertly persecuted by some coworkers at the company, and many of them envy him. He wants to find a way for these energies not to affect him. The best defense that exists is what you are. That is your defense. If you produce negative thoughts, have feelings that are not very good, and behave in ways that follow a shadow path, then you are accompanied by spirits who are not good; you have energies around you that are not of good quality. If you are in a terrible energetic condition and have spiritual companions in a terrible condition, these things will affect you.
An envious, jealous, angry, or hateful person is truly working with dense energies. Dense energies are those that bind us. If you are in a place where people engage in intense things—a great deal of anger, jealousy, and malicious talk—you are among people who exude this energy, and it accumulates in the environment.
If you enter this environment, this energy has a density that a sensitive person can feel touching their body. This is why we say it is dense: because you feel the touch. If you are in such a condition, it means that you are also producing this type of energy; then it will stick to you. People who work with the energies of the lower chakras—anger, malicious talk, revenge, and similar things—are operating through the base chakra. If you are at this same level, at the base chakra, and the person becomes angry with you or envies you, they will get you. You are at the same level as that person. This is why the best defense is what you are.
Imagine that you work at the level of the heart chakra and the laryngeal chakra, dealing with a very high, different circulation of energy that is not as dense, because dense energies are slower. Imagine slime: this energy is dense. Now imagine the wind, which is a gentle energy. If you try to catch the wind with slime, you cannot. To make a dome and defend yourself from these energies, it would be necessary to create a dome with a density equivalent to the energy they are casting against you; otherwise, they will reach you.
I do not believe this story about creating energetic domes. I think that, at some point, someone saw another person's aura, and it truly looked like a dome. The aura is the result of the exteriorization of energy from the chakras and has an oval shape. Someone observing it may think that the person is inside a dome, but that is not how it is. What you are is what will help keep away these bad, low-quality energies. Therefore, reflect on how to change your behavior, your thinking, and the actions in your life.
If you read books about wars, murders, sexuality, or promiscuity, you will be at a level corresponding to the base chakra. Now imagine reading enlightening works, such as poetry and good things that lead you to a condition of quality knowledge. You will then have a better energy level. Therefore, this is work you will need to do on yourself. If you attend meetings or lectures that are not enlightening but consist only of flattery or palliatives, you are not seeking work that promotes growth. This work will require effort on your part, and that effort is worthwhile.
