Summary

CEC grew out of Moisés's dream of teaching astral projection and took shape after a heart attack changed his outlook on life. Realizing that each person has their own understanding, he broadened the initiative to support self-realization. The satisfaction of contributing sustained this journey: the small room grew into an association with a presence on five continents, with honesty and integrity as its principles. Lucid astral projection opens up the infinite space of consciousness and brings knowledge. During these experiences, Moisés felt free from physical limitations and the burden of death, transforming his relationship with death and appreciating life.

Source transcript

For many years, I dreamed of creating a place to teach astral projection. Initially, my idea was not well organized: I imagined a room where I would speak about the subject and everyone would understand easily. I believed that in a short time everyone would be able to carry out projections because I would explain clearly and share my experiences. I calculated that people would succeed in six months, but then I thought they might need a year.

Over time, I realized that my objective was for people to see and feel what I saw and felt so that I would know I was being understood. However, I understood that this was impossible because everyone has their own understanding. I therefore began to consider the possibility of giving lectures on various subjects, believing that this would help people achieve self-realization and feel happiness upon attaining the infinite space of consciousness.

Human consciousness is limited by the physical senses and by the environment in which we live. Even with globalization, our perception is influenced by external factors. True liberation comes when we face everything around us and achieve lucid astral projection, which offers us the infinite space of consciousness. This first step toward liberation is wonderful because, despite the loneliness, it brings knowledge with it—which, I think, is liberating and enriches our life.

Over time, my idea for an astral projection room evolved. The Center for Consciousness Studies (CEC) emerged after an acute myocardial infarction changed my outlook on life. From that point on, the project took shape through notes, relationships, and the satisfaction of contributing to others. I gave many talks and made many recordings in the process. Even though I worked hard to support myself, I had the energy to continue. The motivation and strength I feel are something for which I constantly give thanks because I know that many people do not have this inner drive. The small room became an association with many people. Today, we work across five continents and receive hundreds of thousands of emails.

I believe in honest work and in the importance of not straying from integrity. My investment in astral projection provided me with a space that I see as a door to the universe. During my first projections, I saw a tunnel and, when I passed through it, felt a snap, indicating that my astral body was freeing itself from the physical body. This sensation of freedom and expansion is indescribable: one carries no weight, no problem, not even the heaviest burden human beings carry—the burden of death. At that moment, you had already crossed the barrier of death, and your relationship with it became excellent. Our life is an experience that should be enjoyed, and I hope that we truly manage to do so.
