Death is a change of vehicle, and the state after disincarnation reflects habits, emotions, and beliefs cultivated in life.

Summary

Death changes the vehicle of manifestation of consciousness but does not eliminate beliefs, limits, concerns, or addictions. On the astral plane, the environment reflects the inner universe, and interaction is restricted to similar consciousnesses, while the physical body allows contact with consciousnesses at different spiritual levels. Being well after disincarnation therefore requires an effort to grow during life. Reincarnation is part of this cycle of learning and evolution, but it is not obligatory.

Although death is a passage to our continuity in the astral plane, for most people it represents a great loss and a breakdown of reference points. What is necessary in order to reach a disincarnation without suffering? How do our rules and beliefs influence that process?

Grief is a process that can be normal or pathological. Cremation presents advantages, and the state of coma can work as a new existential programming of consciousness. Our awareness of the environment is reasonable, but we do not perceive our limits, which are generally inside us. We spend our whole life without noticing that we could have discarded those limits. When the time comes to hand over the body, the situation becomes complicated, because everything we have learned is with us. We cannot think that, on passing to the other side, we will be free of concerns.

On handing over the physical body, we lose contact with many people. The physical body allows us to interact with consciousnesses of various spiritual levels. Without it, we are a consciousness occupying a subtler energetic vehicle, which limits us to interacting only with similar consciousnesses. In the spiritual world, everything around us reflects what we have constituted in our inner universe: thoughts, emotions, limits, happinesses or unhappinesses.

If you had addictions, such as alcohol or cigarettes, you will continue with those needs. We cannot simply rid ourselves of what we are. To change to a more comfortable situation by decree is not possible. That understanding comes from my experiences with lucid astral projections and constant studies of spirituality. As a psychoanalyst, I study human behavior and I perceive that, without effort to grow, there is no growth.

Even without the physical body, we are what we were. To be "dead" is funny, because, even alive, we often do not live fully. We are limited by barriers that we create, making coherent and happy interaction with others difficult. We have defenses that distance us from reality. However, we can be well on the other side if we understand that the effort here is necessary and that it brings great rewards. Consciousness uses a vehicle in order to manifest itself and, after death, it changes vehicle, returning to the physical one for various reasons. Reincarnation is not obligatory, but it is part of that continuous cycle of learning and evolution. It is not obligatory to follow rigid patterns. We learn to repeat countless things and end up believing that it must be that way.
