05 Things You Can Do With Astral Projection — YouTube from the CEC Library

I am walking, and I am going to speak about five things one can do when carrying out lucid astral projections. First, you develop the ability to perceive the spiritual dimension even while in the physical body. This includes seeing the etheric double, the aura, and the chakras. In addition, you will be able to see spirits. This ability makes it possible to talk with deceased relatives and friends, establishing a relationship with the spiritual world that helps one understand many things.

The second important point is the ability to travel rapidly to any location. With training, you can visit any place on the planet, including those inaccessible through current technology, such as the bottom of the sea or the interior of a volcano. In addition, it is possible to leave the planet and travel wherever you wish. The third item is the ability to revisit past lives. This is invaluable because, by revisiting our previous lives, we mature as consciousnesses and begin to value what is around us differently.

Another possibility is to provide spiritual assistance effectively. This depends on your dedication because astral projection, like everything in life, is work. In this way, you can help yourself and others with an elevated level of lucidity and by using your heart. The fifth item involves the research that can be conducted on everything around us. Through this research, your relationship with the world changes significantly. These five items are fundamental, and I believe that we should make the most of them. When we set out to accomplish something with the heart, there are no limits. The heart is the temple of love, and love is infinite.
