Summary
Astral projection is distinguished from dreaming by the energetic processes involved in leaving the body, such as the vibrational state, pre-takeoff, and a possible holorgasm, although one does not always see the physical body. In this experience, the person becomes the actor and feels an intense sense of freedom, accompanied by volitation. Reasoning becomes clearer, vision and hearing expand, and thought can create forms.

Our effort to learn about spirituality and life is fundamental to our movement toward peace, which is closely connected to astral projection. Imagine what our lives would be like without a complete spiritual experience. A listener asks: "Last night, I had a dream that seemed very real. I was with friends, and my question is: how can I know whether this was a dream or an astral projection?" When you leave the body, several things can happen. The first is the vibrational state, a unique sensation that is difficult to describe. You may see your physical body, but this does not always occur. There are also pre-takeoff processes, in which you feel that you are leaving the body. What we call holorgasm may occur, a sensation similar to an orgasm outside the body, something different and impressive.
The energetic processes of leaving the body are unique and unmistakable. The sensation of freedom after leaving is singular: you do not feel imprisoned but extremely free. Your mind becomes more active, your vision and hearing are heightened, and you reason more clearly. Your thought can shape forms energetically, allowing you to see what you are thinking or creating. The sensation of freedom is intense, accompanied by floating or flying during astral projection and euphoria. In addition, you become the actor, which is very important.
