Summary
A vivid dream may be an interpreted astral projection, with varying degrees of lucidity. If the sensation of undergoing surgery on the head was almost somatic, it is worth considering what caused it and, if there are any difficulties, seeing a doctor to check for possible physical problems. Places devoted to spirituality can offer study materials and enlightenment.

I dreamed very vividly that someone was operating on my head while I slept. Should I look for a Spiritist center? I have always been quite sensitive to out-of-body experiences and energy fields. Now that I have turned 25, that sensitivity has been increasing exponentially. This latest experience was quite vivid and emotional, to the point that I even felt the strands of hair being lightly pulled during the suture. I was confused. What should I do?
In the process of an astral projection or of a vivid dream, you move through it with more intensity, with more lucidity, or with less lucidity. A vivid dream can be an interpreted astral projection. It may really have happened, but if you felt it in an almost somatic way, perhaps you should consider why you felt that surgery had been performed on your head.
If you think you have some difficulty, I think you could see a doctor to verify that everything is all right. He can identify a problem, such as a clot in the head or a tumor. We are very fragile. If you have some difficulty and this kind of event happened, go to the doctor to check whether everything really turned out all right. It is important to verify. As for study material, information, and enlightenment, you can look in various places of spirituality.
