Some time ago, I returned to the past of another existence. I went to bed at 7:30 p.m. on a Monday; the moon was a sliver. It took me about 30 minutes to enter the vibrational state. I felt very well, and those moments lying down and relaxed were accompanied by very pleasant physical and energetic sensations, with images of an indescribable color. It was an absolutely fantastic experience.

When the process of leaving began, the noise of the vibrational state blended with the distant sound of running water, as at a waterfall. The sound of water grew louder, as did the sensation of suffocation, as though I were drowning. Then I noticed that the image became clearer and that I was emerging from the water. It was a wonderful moment. The sensations during astral projection are difficult to describe because they differ from everything we feel in the physical body. I felt a great deal of tickling in the astral vehicle, which became physical pleasure.

I slowly rose and floated above the river. I imagined that I was at the Tescio River. I floated at a height of about two meters, in a state of complete satisfaction. I began to descend, wanting to feel the water again, but when I entered it, I felt intense tickling and began floating again. The sensation was intense. I returned to the same height as before and could clearly observe a bridge over the Tescio River.

I began to see images of the past and became increasingly happy and grateful. It was as though I were giving thanks mentally. I was very happy because it was a discovery about the continuity of reincarnations. This was wonderful for me. I began to hear indistinct voices, like the murmurs of many people.

I felt myself being pulled and began to see a great deal of energy. I rose and watched the river grow smaller. I woke up laughing and tried to restrain myself so that I would not wake anyone. I made my notes and planned my return. I continued thinking about how happy I am. I had received a gift of life because I had been able to feel another life. I had contact with things that we normally do not experience.
