I believe we can all experience astral projections. And I think this because projection is a way of discovering the things that lie beyond this Earth, beyond everything we live through and possess here. We need to be able to leave the body to see spiritual things—it is not enough to be inside the body and see spiritual things. That is not enough for me. I think we have to leave the body and be able to look at everything that exists around us. And when I say everything that exists, we will see fantastic things, things that no one can see with this physical body, even if they are at a reasonable level of evolution. I think we need to be outside it to be able to see everything that exists.

You will look at a plant, for example, and you will see the plant's aura, but you will see much more than that: you will see its origin, you will see how long it took to grow. That information, to me, is not available to us if we are inside the physical body. It is not available unless we read a great deal and say, "Wow!", but you will not have the experience of coming into contact with it and verifying it. You will not be able to look at water and know how that water exists, where it came from, whether it is pure or not, whether you can drink it or not. But if you leave your body, you will be able to obtain that information. There is no other way: you will be able to look at a tree, an enormous tree, and know how long it took to grow and become so large.

I think this gives us more knowledge; it gives us the possibility of seeing life in a different way. We grow and learn by being able to see the physical world and the spiritual world. So, to do this, we need to project ourselves outside our body, and for this kind of work we will have to make an effort. Otherwise, you cannot see anything: you will not truly be able to see either your origin or your reincarnations, or the reincarnations of the people around you. Inside this body we see much less than that, and I think we need to improve ourselves, to make an effort to be able to do things that are much greater than the knowledge we have inside this physical body.

I think this is fundamental: when you are outside your physical body, you can go anywhere you want. You will be able to see things that a scientist sees in one way and thinks are a certain way, when in fact that is only the consequence of what the scientist imagined or thought, or what their logic led them to know. But when you leave your body, you see all the things that exist and will probably be able to grow much more, advance on this planet, advance on other planets, and know that this world is more complex than we imagine.
