Summary
Astral projection broadened Moisés's perception and would make it possible to gain firsthand knowledge of spirituality, the chakras, the aura, and reincarnation, explore the universe, and revisit unresolved issues with the deceased. His father changed his behavior only after hearing directly from his deceased wife that he was harming her by summoning her. The practice requires effort and helps one question spirituality in a healthy way, and experiences can be documented for investigation. Combined with changes in behavior, it can give life new meaning in the face of illnesses, which involve dysfunctional emotional processes. Making the most of life means working on yourself to improve every day.

If you ask me today what astral projection truly did in my life, I can say that it completely changed my view of the world and my perception of everything around me. I certainly would not be who I am today or have the knowledge I have if it were not for astral projection. Today, a little more knowledge, space, and perception, increased clairvoyance, and the possibility of contact with the multidimensional world and the subtler energetic dimension are very important to us.
You will begin to realize that our journey through life cannot be discarded; we must make the most of it. Through it, through this knowledge that is not secondhand, you will be able to use it every day. It is invaluable knowledge. From my point of view, astral projection therefore constitutes a path of great wisdom and direct contact with spirituality, which I consider very important. The astral projection experiences I have had throughout my life have always enriched me because they gave me access to elements I would not perceive without this lucid movement of consciousness into the astral body.
Spirituality is not simply a book that someone writes and says, "Look, spirituality is this." Nothing in life works that way; everything should be questioned in a healthy manner, and we cannot engage in rigid, obsessive opposition because this is neither meaningful nor healthy. We want to ask and question without emotional charges, confrontations, conflicts, or fixed ideas. I believe we achieve this by having astral projections that gradually manifest in our lives, allowing us to learn more and more about spirituality.
I said yesterday that my father, who was already about seventy years old, decided to practice astral projection after my mother died. He had practiced yoga for a long time to relax and relieve stress, and he was always very methodical in the things he did. When my mother died, he entered a state of denial after the loss. He could not accept that his wife, with whom he had lived for so many years, had died and that he was now alone.
He filled the house and the car with photographs of my mother, and wherever you walked in his house, you would find a photograph of my mother, who had been his wife, in front of you. One day, during an astral projection, I saw my mother, who said to me, "Son, tell your father not to keep calling me. He has been calling me every day. Even when he prays, his prayers are not a donation but very strong neediness, which does not do me any good. Ask him to take a different direction in this life."
I said I would speak with my father and described what had happened. I explained that, in my understanding, those evocations could harm my mother, who would feel pulled by the calls and requests. He did not accept this well because it is difficult to change based only on another person's account. He continued with the same photographs, prayers, evocations, and declarations of love, saying that she had been the only woman in his life. This expressed his affection, but he did not know what effects the evocations might have in the spiritual world.
The physical body would function as a barrier against subtler energies. Without it, a call or invocation could be perceived with great intensity. Pressure in the head and the back of the neck, shoulder tension, or the threat of a headache are associated with this evocation. Spiritual practice and astral projection could help identify an evocation.
He continued doing this until one night he had an experience during sleep and later described it. I had already begun teaching him astral projection, which was amusing: I would sit in a chair as though teaching a class of one student and guide him through what to do.
One night, he went to sleep and suddenly sat on the edge of the bed; my mother was standing before him with great clarity. She said, "Look, do not call me anymore. You are someone I love very much; we were very happy, but it would be good for you to be with that friend of mine." In fact, she had already said this to me while she was alive, on the day of her death; I spoke with her during astral projection, and she again told him that he should be with a friend who liked him very much. She said clearly, "Please do not do this anymore, because you end up harming me. I have a great deal of difficulty here where I am."
He told me that he called in the middle of the night and said, "Look, this happened." I again explained what I had already told him about the situation. She had told him directly, "Look, do not evoke me." For me, astral projection would permit a clear and lucid relationship with the spiritual world. During a lucid projection, it would be possible to speak without distance with a deceased relative and try to work through important matters. Many relationships leave unresolved matters on both sides.
Small disagreements, hurt, resentment, words left unsaid, or words spoken with regret could be revisited because, in this understanding, consciousness would continue after death. Astral projection would allow these issues to be reviewed. My father's case was significant because the experience convinced him in a way that my earlier account had not. For him, direct contact made the experience convincing; when he had his own experience, his behavior changed.
Astral projection would allow learning about the spiritual dimension, chakras, the aura, and reincarnation, as well as traveling across the planet and to other places. Because of these possibilities, it is considered a sophisticated technology. A physical trip to the Moon costs millions of dollars; through astral projection, it would be possible to arrive there in one second or less, observe places, and learn about the universe.
I think this requires effort and may be worthwhile. Accounts and questions about extraterrestrials, Einstein's relativity, and other unanswered matters are viewed as topics that could be investigated through astral projection. The experiences can be recorded and, under this hypothesis, would access aspects beyond physical science.
My father's case reinforced this understanding for me: he was in his early seventies, made an effort, practiced every day, and reported several astral projection experiences. I find this fantastic. I will tell you about a situation that happened some time ago, reported by a person. She had a health problem and needed surgery. I will not go into every detail but will present it in general terms: when she underwent surgery, she received anesthesia and the other procedures.
She reported seeing the entire procedure through the physician's eyes, as though performing the surgery on herself, with high lucidity and awareness of what was happening. She reported that she became well.
Whenever I talk about these experiences, I remember Freud. He was a great psychoanalyst and, in fact, the person who began the entire process and developed psychoanalysis. He studied extensively at a time when the world was going through a very difficult period. He often needed to describe, in one way or another, what he was discovering. Although he was not really promoting himself—that is my point of view—he needed to report the discoveries so that others could continue. He wrote very well; Freud was a brilliant writer.
We should remember that computers, iPads, and similar devices did not exist at that time; writing was done by hand, with pens or typewriters. Most people used dip pens that had to be dipped into an inkwell. He wrote and reported. The account of astral projection associated with the surgery is very important to me.
I think that, in the face of any illness—including visual problems that often have no solution—seeking, behavior change, and astral-projection work can improve a person's life and give it new meaning. For me, all illnesses pass through dysfunctional emotional processes, anger, and hurt.
Each of us knows that our journey has a beginning, middle, and end. We human beings are born and immediately begin moving toward the end, although we are not fully aware of it. Our awareness is always limited. You may do things, live, use, buy, and earn a great deal of money, but you are not truly making the most of life. From my point of view, making the most of life means doing work on yourself that makes you better every day. That is a great idea.
