The theme is: why learn astral projection? I consider this work to be of the utmost importance. My life changed completely after my first astral projection. Astral projection is truly important.

My first projection occurred when I was a boy, with a very high level of lucidity, about 95%. It was a landmark in my life. I was approximately seven years old, and I remember that it happened in June 1957, probably on the 12th. I recorded that experience because it was wonderful. After that experience, I wanted to repeat it every night. I was afraid to tell my parents or anyone else, but the sensation of freedom and everything one can see is so interesting and important that it cannot be missed. I kept making an effort every night, as I recount in some books. I did not stop performing astral projections, and I wrote everything down daily, without having any idea how important that would be in my life.

To be honest, I might not even be here or doing any work if it were not for that. The work we do in life is important because it continues, even when the physical body stops. No one is Methuselah. From these experiences and notes, I discovered many things about spirituality. Some spiritual explanations and searches lost their meaning for me, because when you visit the spiritual world, you can observe both the spiritual world and the physical one, and that transforms your life.

I believe that, in order to live with more consistency and coherence, making intense use of this life, we must dedicate ourselves earnestly to something that is truly worthwhile. I do not believe in chance; I see this as a continuity of lives and reincarnations. I am extremely grateful to myself, but first I thank the spiritual helpers and everyone who was around me. Gratitude is essential, even without knowing the reason why something good happened. Gratitude illuminates the areas of darkness that we do not know about.

When we perform astral projections, we have direct contact with the spiritual world, without the need to outsource that experience. This brings us information without distortion from third parties. An example: when a relative dies, we want to communicate with them. My father, who practiced yoga and was of Jewish origin, felt this when my mother died. They had a spiritual and open relationship, despite their different origins. My mother was highly clairvoyant. After her death, my father, in anguish, asked me whether astral projection worked. I confirmed that it did, based on my experiences. I had spoken with her three or four days after her death; she had told me when she would die. He then decided to learn, and I taught him.

He was methodical and organized, which made the process easier. One day, at two in the morning, he called me excited, saying that he had spoken with my mother. He followed all the steps: relaxation, deep breathing, and he managed to project and find her. The experience was brief, but meaningful. She spoke with him and calmed him. Astral projection allows much more than speaking with the dead. We can acquire knowledge, explore inaccessible places, and expand our understanding of the universe. This shows us how small we are, revealing that our real dimension is not our emotional dimension. It is continuous learning, which teaches us to respect others, regardless of how they treat us. This ability allows us to see beyond appearances and understand reality in a deeper way.

Astral projection helps us perceive that many of the problems we face are common, but not normal. We learn to respect everyone, regardless of where we go. We want to learn about energies and explore shady places, but we must do so with ethics and respect. Spiritual growth requires effort, and astral projection is a valuable tool in that process.
