Summary
Energy donation requires a minimum degree of consistency in one’s own life to allow helper consciousnesses to approach, since the donor performs only a small part of the work. Addictions generate negative energy and attract negative spiritual consciousnesses, preventing these helpers from approaching. Contributing to this healing work therefore requires reassessing one’s own balance and building a healthy life.

The submitted question asks whether some people should not be energy donors and mentions the example of the warrior. We often believe that simply raising our hands and emanating energy into the world, toward the planet, or toward consciousnesses we believe exist means we are already doing work. However, being an energy donor goes beyond simply emanating energy: we must have a minimum degree of consistency in our own life to allow helper consciousnesses to approach.
This work is not performed by us alone. We participate in a small part, while spiritual consciousnesses are constantly involved, promoting good. We should reflect on which practices in our lives may move us farther from or closer to work like this. In short, if we want to be a tool for good, we need to reevaluate who we are and the balance in our lives.
It is important to understand that some attitudes run counter to this purpose, such as addictions. Dependence on alcohol, cigarettes, sexuality, or drugs not only generates negative energy but also attracts negative spiritual consciousnesses. As a result, helper consciousnesses and higher consciousnesses will not approach us to perform this work. Therefore, if we wish to bring life to others, we should begin by reviewing who we are and building a healthy life. Only then will we be promoting something that will make a little more sense. Heavy and opposing energies are not conducive to healing work.
