Summary
To decide whether to continue donating energy as part of the Daily Assistential Task, you need to sense the condition of your body and mind and sincerely assess whether the discomfort is truly disruptive or can be overcome with some effort. Maintaining this commitment allows for flexibility, but participating despite an obstacle strengthens the relationship with spiritual helpers and brings more support to your life. The donation may also relieve discomfort through the circulation of energy or the helpers' assistance.

Today's question is: if I make my energy donation every day, but I am not feeling well today, what should I do? How can I determine the boundary between not feeling well and it not being appropriate to do it, or not feeling well but still being able to do it? If I am not feeling well, will my energy come out bad? Could the energy I am emanating fail to contribute? How does this work?
The Daily Assistential Task (TAD) is carried out at the CEC: every day, the group raises its hands and, for 10 minutes, donates energy to the helpers. We consider this a commitment, a relationship with our spirituality, and the ideal is not to break this continuity. But a situation arises in which you are not feeling well and ask yourself: do I have to do it? Should I not do it?
What is extremely important is to exercise and practice our sincerity. For countless everyday activities, even when we are not feeling so well, we receive an invitation and go to the party, we do this and that. But sometimes, when it is for something that requires a minimum of inner effort—concentrating, attuning ourselves to something higher, and carrying out work—we tend to think, "I am not feeling very well right now; I do not think I am going to do it."
If we close our eyes and ask ourselves a question: "Can I truly overcome this? Is this disrupting me, or making me feel extremely unwell? Can I not simply feel it and say, 'No, I am feeling this, but I still want to do it; maintaining this continuity is more important to me, and I know that with a little effort I can indeed make my donation'?" And then you go and make that effort.
What happens when we do this? It is interesting to consider the perspective of the spiritual plane. The consciousnesses that work and participate in everything being done, that capture energy, and that direct energy toward assistance—the spiritual helpers—are watching each donor. And what they observe is: "Wow, even though this person, Patrícia, who in this case is me, faces a challenge, an obstacle, they overcome this challenge, overcome this obstacle, and participate anyway."
When we truly make our relationship with this assistential work increasingly close, we are also strengthening our relationship with these consciousnesses. The result is not only that our life begins to receive more support, but also that you may stop feeling whatever you were feeling.
It is very common for people to share accounts like this: "Wow, I had a headache and did not know whether I should make the energy donation, the Daily Assistential Task, but I chose to continue, and it was only when I made the donation that I felt better." We may feel better because we circulated energy and whatever was affecting us moved away, or it may also be that the helpers said, "This person is worth helping; let us help them because they are truly working."
Taking a sincere view of our work gradually brings answers, and this sincerity is a fundamental key to being able to choose: do I do it or not? You need to feel: sense the condition of your body and your mind, but above all, analyze it through the lens of sincerity, and the answer will certainly come. Continuity is important, but there is clearly room for flexibility within this principle, provided that it is worked through within the point I made here.
This is a contribution, a reflection to help us learn to find our own answers.
