Summary
Writing about what is troubling you, without fear and while engaging with the emotion of the moment, acts as catharsis to release emotional and spiritual charges accumulated in the etheric double. Writing by hand brings you closer to yourself through your involvement in the process, although digital writing is also good. This relief does not resolve everything: emotional production continues, and the charges build up again.

Someone asked: "Does writing in the form of self-analysis, meditation, and introspection also function as a way of exteriorizing emotional charges through the spleen chakra, just like the venting mentioned in the video? I am curious because writing is a habit of mine, and I notice that when I write out what I need to vent on paper and conduct self-analysis of situations that have occurred, I feel lighter and happier, as though I had talked to someone."
The listener mentioned that both writing by hand and digital writing provide him with the same experiences. He thanked me and asked me to share my experiences with writing. I greatly enjoy writing and believe that writing directly on paper by hand brings us closer to ourselves because we participate effectively in the process. This does not mean that digital writing is not good; it is, but the contact is more distant.
When you write, you practice catharsis, as though you were emptying a small trash container. As you write, you express what you accept and do not accept, almost like venting to someone. This is a positive moment because it allows you to discard many emotional and spiritual energies. However, we continue producing emotions. We often think we will resolve everything, but in reality, we have merely emptied the "little trash can" of emotions, which fills up again at different speeds depending on each person.
It is important to write about what bothers us, participating in the emotion of the moment, in order to discard even more. Do not be afraid to write; be open with yourself. This type of writing is an important catharsis. When someone keeps a detailed journal, they perform a cleansing at that moment. My experiences involve observing every detail of life to learn more and more, which I think is very important for us. If you like to write, keep writing. To discard emotional and spiritual charges accumulated in the etheric double, express what you feel and what you have inside you. Afterward, you can discard the paper because the work has already been done. We are all working together on this path of life.
