Summary

To begin astral projection, you need to lie down with your palms facing down, relax, and stay focused to sense the vibration of the astral body. This practice makes separation easier and thins the silver cord, allowing for longer and more conscious projections. To prolong the experience, you need to reach an elevated state of consciousness, with 98% of your consciousness outside the physical body, free of concepts, prejudices, and poorly understood ideas. When the cord is thin, you can explore the greater universe.

Source transcript

Astral projection is a fascinating phenomenon. When a person projects outside the body, they enter a state of deep relaxation. To begin, it is important to lie down with the hands facing downward and relax as much as possible. In this state, the astral body begins to vibrate, but this is only perceptible if there is sufficient concentration. The goal is to free oneself from oneself to allow leaving the body. The astral body begins to separate slowly, and it is possible to see ahead a tunnel full of circles inside, which one perceives oneself entering. During the first projections, it is common to feel stuck to the physical body, but with practice, separation becomes easier and more natural.

The silver cord, which connects the physical body to the astral body, is initially thick and resistant. It is necessary to overcome this resistance in order to achieve a conscious astral projection, which reflects the person's mental and spiritual state. With time and practice, the silver cord becomes thinner, allowing longer and more conscious projections. To prolong the out-of-body experience, it is essential to reach a high state of consciousness, with 98% awareness outside the physical body, free from all concepts, preconceptions, and misunderstood ideas. When the silver cord is thin, it is possible to explore the universe more broadly and deeply. This journey can reveal fantastic things that exist in the universe.

If the silver cord is very thick, the return to the physical body is quick. However, when it becomes thinner, it is possible to travel throughout the universe and beyond, coming to know the greater universe, where there are thousands of spheres that are part of one consciousness. This experience is truly fantastic and enriching, enabling a broader understanding of the universe and our existence within it.
