Summary

Everyone can develop clairvoyance through knowledge, practice, and openness to spiritual reality, overcoming fears that block perception. It involves the chakras without relying solely on physical sight and can be combined with clairaudience and intuition. A plant-based diet supports energy perception but is not required. When practicing at home, energy cleansing and having only a few people present help avoid turbulence. A mirror makes it possible to observe the aura, which changes with thoughts and emotions. Connecting with high-level helpers requires spiritual growth and a willingness to help by means of the exteriorization of energies through the palmar chakras.

Clairvoyance is a skill that everyone can develop; it is not an exclusive gift. With knowledge, practices, and techniques, anyone can improve this ability. Some people may find it easier because of past-life experiences, but it is a skill accessible to everyone. Through it, we can see energies, auras, the etheric double, chakras, spirits, and other consciousnesses. Moisés Esagüi already had the ability to practice astral projection and clairvoyance at age seven and, over time, developed methods so that everyone could improve these skills.

Ancient legends speak of fairies and consciousnesses of nature. Research has observed phenomena such as leaves moving with no apparent wind, including one or two leaves on a vine at Érica's front door, indicating the presence of natural consciousnesses. Clairvoyance makes it possible to see the past, have precognitions, visualize the future, and observe distant locations, even outside the planet. The potential for growth is immense.

A person in Europe asks: are those with vision problems excluded from seeing auras and energies? It is interesting to think about this because we use our physical eyes for many things. If I try to practice clairvoyance without glasses, my vision may become blurred. However, it is possible to practice with glasses or by adjusting the distance. Even if physical vision requires glasses, clairvoyance may allow the aura to be seen as a mass around the person, even if it is not as well defined. In some cases, it is possible to see without the physical eyes, capturing more information through the ocular chakras. The physical eyes encode what the chakras capture, so interpretations may vary.

When we practice, we work with our chakras and the frequencies they can perceive. There is joint work involving the ocular chakras and the frontal chakra, not limited to the physical part of the eyes but also involving the energetic part. In the book "The Seven Date Seeds," there is an interesting story about how a blind person can see. Even if physical perception does not work, this does not mean that the energetic part—the para-eyes, ocular chakras, and frontal chakra—cannot see. For those who are blind or have reduced vision, practicing clairvoyance is very interesting because it allows them to capture information the physical eyes cannot, making it possible to walk like a sighted person. We are not limited only to our physical aspect.

An interesting question is whether clairvoyance and clairaudience are interconnected. Some people hear something that is not physical, others see, and others have more intuitions. These perceptions may occur separately or together. For example, you may see something without hearing anything, hear without seeing, or have both pieces of information simultaneously.

In one experience, during a walk with Moisés outside St. Damian, on the way back from the lake where they exteriorized energy, the helper was not seen but was heard, which was what was needed at that moment. This shows that we can have clairvoyance and clairaudience separately or together and that one can complement the other. Often, when hearing mentally, an image may arise like an intuition. During clairvoyance practices, it is common to have feelings or intuitions about the images seen. These perceptions do not occur in isolation; vision, hearing, and sensation are interconnected. For teaching purposes, we separate clairvoyance, clairaudience, and intuition, but they are actually a set of perceptions.

A listener asked about the recommendation to perform clairvoyance exercises at home. It is possible to practice alone or in pairs. When doing exercises at home, it is important to prepare the environment because spiritual consciousnesses may manifest. Energetic cleansing of the environment is recommended before beginning. This includes preparing the bedroom or living room, adjusting the lighting, and exteriorizing energies through the palmar chakras.

It is essential to elevate thoughts and feelings, exteriorizing positive energies so that consciousnesses not aligned with that pattern do not disturb the practice. Exteriorization may last from 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the need. After the designated time, end the exteriorization to ensure a harmonious environment both at the beginning and end of the practice.

When we are in a place prepared for practices with several people, such as at the CEC in St. Damian, the situation is different from our home, because that location has been prepared for spiritual and energetic practices. When many people enter your home for a clairvoyance practice, each brings their spiritual companions. The example totals 225 spirits; José Alexandre mentions a room with 250 incarnated and disincarnated consciousnesses. This number may cause energetic and spiritual turbulence, leading to insomnia, cramps, and other uncomfortable sensations. This is not meant to frighten, but to inform. Performing practices at home is different from gathering many people, which may leave the environment energetically turbulent.

Prepared locations provide an appropriate environment to avoid this turbulence. Initially, it may seem that everyone has the same intention, but the presence of many incarnated and disincarnated consciousnesses generates a dense energetic burden. This may result in physical sensations such as tingling, sleepiness, and other energetic signs. It is advisable to practice with the fewest possible people or in prepared locations.

A listener asks how to exteriorize energy efficiently in the environment. During clairvoyance practice, you can exteriorize energy into the environment. Energetic cleansing may be done daily, room by room, or all at once. If you feel the need for a deeper cleansing, explore each environment to assess its needs.

A listener asks whether an image that suddenly arises in the mind is clairvoyance. It may be, but it may also be one's own thought or the thought of another consciousness. This image may be related to something physical or may be travelling clairvoyance, in which something distant is seen. Clairvoyance is a broad field of study, and focusing on the image may help extract more information and understand its origin.

A listener asks about connecting with helpers. Helpers are consciousnesses that accompany us, generally deceased relatives or friends with energetic affinity. Although they try to support us, they are more companions than helpers in the strict sense. For example, if I died at my current evolutionary level, I might want to stay beside someone because I felt this energetic closeness. However, if my level were not that of a high-level helper, I would try to help in some way. Thus, even after death, we may try to help those we love.

There are consciousnesses close to us who are similar to us, and there are also high-level helpers who no longer incarnate and do not use emotional chakras, having no emotions or reactivity. These helpers are called existential programming helpers and are responsible for assisting with incarnation and disincarnation. When we are born, we depend on the existential programming helper to connect our spirit to the physical body. At the time of death, we need a high-level helper to disconnect our astral body from the physical body through the heart chakra. It is important to understand how to connect with these helpers.

We can try to connect with high-level helpers. What sparked interest was hearing that prayer needs to be felt, not repetitive. Repeating prayers without feeling, regardless of religion, becomes tedious for the consciousnesses with whom we try to communicate. What matters is speaking with feeling, whatever the prayer may be, with intention and consciousness of what is being said.

If we want the helpers' help, we need to communicate in a present and intentional way, not only asking, but involving ourselves in the issue. The main point is to involve oneself: to be willing to work and improve, seeking a good path for oneself and others. It is not merely asking, but acting, not just sitting and waiting. Regarding high-level helpers: to have contact with them, we need to grow spiritually. One example is the laying on of hands and the Daily Assistential Task, in which we donate our best energies to the helpers, who act in various situations such as war zones, illnesses, and catastrophes.

Making oneself available for 10 minutes each day to exteriorize energy to the helpers is a beginning for connecting with them. This movement of becoming a tool and donating energy is a way to begin working to connect with high-level helpers. José Alexandre commented that we can begin hearing guidance and seeing images that guide us, connecting with clairvoyance, clairaudience, intuition, and helpers.

This may be part of the etheric double, an energetic envelope close to the physical body that may appear opaque but also bright. The energetic exhalation may be perceived as a kind of smoke or heat wave. With practice, this perception becomes clearer and sharper, allowing one to better identify and interpret what is observed. Clairvoyance develops over time, like a puzzle we gradually assemble. Sometimes what we think is one thing may turn out to be another, depending on our interpretation.

A listener asked about the meaning of the green color in her daughter's aura, especially around the head. This question is interesting because each person and consciousness, depending on their evolutionary level, sees different colors, shades, and spectra. The aura is formed by the exteriorization of energies through the chakras, creating an energetic egg around the body, which should not be confused with the etheric double, which is closer to the physical body.

For most people, the aura is multicolored and changes color according to emotions and thoughts. For example, if I am near someone I do not like, my aura tends to move away; if I like the person, my aura moves closer. Studying the aura is fascinating, because it may assume different forms and colors depending on the emotional state, such as when we are angry and the aura becomes spiky or launches energies shaped like arrows.

The aura does not have a single color, but is multicolored and changes constantly. Observing and recording changes in the auras of different people may reveal how colors relate to their thoughts and emotions. Each person is unique, and color perception varies according to evolutionary level and the energetic production of the moment. Studying behavior is essential for correlating what we observe with what the person expresses. The same color may represent different emotional states at different times. Red, for example, is generally associated with the base chakra and may indicate dense emotions such as anger. If you perceive intense red emanating from the lower part of someone's body, it is best to move away.

Seeing prana is a form of clairvoyance. To do this, simply look at the sky toward the sun, without looking directly at it or dazzling your eyes, and observe small silvery points of light. With practice, it is possible to see prana indoors and compare it with the outdoor environment. Everyone can see prana because clairvoyance is an ability inherent in all of us. However, it is necessary to make inner space and accept this ability.

Many people block clairvoyance because of prejudice or because they do not want to see what they consider unpleasant. Studying and interacting with spiritual reality helps remove these blocks, allowing a broader and truer view of the spiritual world. A listener asks about the ideal diet for developing clairvoyance. Many choose a vegetarian diet. This choice is not limited to the physical aspect, but also concerns energy. Dense foods such as meat and fat have heavier energy, hindering circulation in the energy body and connecting more to the lower chakras.

By adopting a lighter, plant-based diet, we work with energies that circulate better and are associated with the higher chakras. This favors astral and energetic perception, including clairvoyance. It is not that you cannot eat meat to develop clairvoyance, but trying a subtler diet may reveal significant differences in spiritual practices. In addition to diet, alcohol consumption may also be problematic because it attracts alcoholic spiritual consciousnesses, which may attach themselves to you as spiritual harassment.

Just as dense foods attract dense consciousnesses, trying a vegetarian diet for one week may show the difference in energetic practices. Using a mirror in a clairvoyance exercise provides a reference point for self-observation. You may perceive your etheric double, aura, chakras, and the consciousnesses around you without another person's interference. This allows you to draw your own conclusions and better understand who is around you. This practice is a form of personal research in which you can record your daily observations and analyze changes in your emotional, physical, and energetic state over time. The mirror is a valuable tool for self-knowledge and the study of clairvoyance.

A listener asks about the colors of aura frequencies. In the electromagnetic spectrum, each color has a different frequency. Moisés perceives colors in a unique way. For example, he sees yellow as a shade of blue. This shows the complexity of associating colors with chakras and frequencies, because perception changes according to the evolution of consciousness. The question is whether developing clairvoyance at the wrong time may cause disturbances. Many people block clairvoyance through fear or denial. In specific cases, such as mental illness or trauma, perception may be sharper as a form of self-defense. The work here is to understand and accept more about clairvoyance.

Would it be easy to know the day of your death? When we reach a high level of spiritual growth, we can accept and know how and when we will die. Acceptance, fear, and denial are interconnected in this process. Spiritual and energetic understanding is limited while we do not work on aspects such as behavior, acceptance, and fear. Moisés observed that, even when we deny them, our aura reveals the spirits we perceive. We often perceive things through the chakras and eyes but do not become conscious of them. It is therefore important not to fear these perceptions.

As we deal better with spiritual reality, we begin to see more. An interesting question was raised by someone who has practiced meditation and clairvoyance techniques for eight years but feels sleepy and obtains no results. This may occur because of accumulated fatigue or because some practices are hypnotic and induce sleep. In addition, a lack of energetic cleansing in the environment may cause turbulence, affecting the practice.

The practice of astral projection may also be challenging because we have been conditioned to sleep when we lie down. It is necessary to change this switch to remain awake during the exercises. Perceiving these moments is crucial. Spiritual practice and openness have no limits; we are the ones who impose them. From the moment we become tools for the spiritual plane, they help us improve our abilities. This is important work.

An exercise of exteriorizing energies to spiritual helpers can be performed. Sit comfortably with your spine straight and focus on the palmar chakras, elevating thoughts of peace, love, and harmony. Direct the energies through the palms of your hands to the helpers, who will use them for healing and global assistance. This exercise lasts five minutes and is a way to contribute to the planet.

Keep in mind that you are directing your energies to the spiritual helpers. Try to feel the energy leaving through the palms of your hands while maintaining calm breathing and a state of focus and serenity. Cultivate a feeling of deep gratitude for being able to assist with your energies. Remember that other people need spiritual assistance.
