Summary
It is possible to develop clairvoyance and lead a normal life, with guided experiences as early as the first seven years of life. This development calls for a suitable environment, since in a turbulent environment the experiences are not very healthy. Because fear gets in the way, it also calls for sound, organized, well-informed guidance, without mysticism. The intention should be positive, joyful, and constructive.

How can I develop clairvoyance? What are the first steps? Is there a starting age for this development? Is it possible to have a normal life with it? Can fear get in the way? Clairvoyance, to me, is something wonderful. The work of discovery carried out through spirituality helps us a great deal. As for the age to begin, I think that as early as the first seven-year cycle—that is, in the first seven years of life—it is possible to have clairvoyance experiences, provided that they occur under the guidance of someone.
It is entirely possible to have a normal life while developing clairvoyance. However, it is important to be in a suitable environment; if the environment is very turbulent, the experiences will not be very healthy either. Fear does indeed get in the way. That is why it is essential to have healthy, organized guidance with a good deal of knowledge, avoiding mysticism. Developing clairvoyance with an intention that is always positive and happy, oriented toward building something, always leads us to a much larger space.
