Personal blocks, a limited symbolic universe, and negative inner dialogue fuel bad moods, while cheerful content and friendships based on mutual help, without dependency, promote joy. Today's subject is good humor, something fundamental in our lives. It is important to understand how good humor and bad moods function emotionally. A bad mood is connected to personal blockages, unresolved moments, limited information, and a limited symbolic universe. The last of these refers to the breadth of knowledge we acquire by relating to ourselves and others, which provides us with a happier life.

When we are bitter and closed within ourselves, we end up in a bad mood. This is not ideal for our journey through life, which should flow without barriers. We are often our own obstacles, with difficulties in achievement and relationships. Negative inner dialogues make us believe that nothing will work out and that the world is hostile. Our emotional nourishment should be positive, with clear goals and an open heart. Rigid thinking closes us off from growth and happiness.

Life flows when our internal, emotional, and spiritual parts move forward. There are cheerful people around us who make problems disappear. One example is a dear friend who is always at ease and capable of finding solutions. On the way to visit his ill uncle, my friend commented on our friendship. I replied that our relationship is good because we do not depend on one another, but we always do things for each other. The absence of dependence allows us to live in peace and broaden our paths.

Laying on of hands requires knowledge about the exteriorization of energy and each person's spiritual level in order for the work to be effective. Spiritual helpers assist us, but we should understand the mechanism so that we can benefit people in the best possible way. Knowledge is essential to our development. The friendship I mentioned is good-humored and happy. It is genuine because neither of us depends on the other, but we help each other. I believe the world should be like this. It is important to seek joy in positive things. How can you expect to be in a good mood if you consume negative content, such as violent films or tragic news? That makes no sense.

We should surround ourselves with positive and cheerful things that uplift our souls. Accumulating negativity can lead to depression, leaving us without resources when we need support. It is therefore fundamental to add positive things, such as reading cheerful books. I remember that during lectures I used to tell light, funny jokes that made people laugh. This shows how humor can transform our state of mind.

The idea is to cultivate good humor. Complaining about life and others only attracts negativity. However, when positivity is practiced, negative things disappear and positive ones increase. One day, you will have a list of a million good things that will make you laugh by yourself, while there will be few negative ones. The spirituality we learn is often repetitive. My life has gone through various phases of searching and repeating rituals. We need to evolve and free ourselves from what surrounds us and from ourselves. This requires work, goodwill, and determination. If you are involved in dependencies such as smoking, drugs, or alcohol, it is important to take control of your life and seek positive decisions.

The spiritual world reflects who you are. If you seek negative things, you will attract similar spirits. The decision to change must be firm and persistent. When you truly decide to change, the spirits accompanying you will notice and seek another person. Resolving a bad mood is essential to being happy. I had an extremely good-humored uncle, now deceased, who taught me a great deal about good humor. Although he did not follow Spiritism or spiritualism, he accepted spirituality. I often found him in different churches, absorbing energy. This shows that good humor and spirituality can coexist harmoniously.

He said he had to get along with everyone. He was very funny, and I talked with him about spirituality and astral projection. He listened attentively and shared his experiences with spirits, such as the light of Cáritas. This exchange of spirituality and life taught me a great deal. He valued laying on of hands and often asked us to do energy work on him, which was a wonderful experience. It is essential for each of us to keep our hearts open to interact with everyone because we are part of this world. A fundamental aspect of life is learning to love. When we extend a hand to someone, we should do so with the intention of helping, disarmed and with goodwill. To me, that is true success.
