Summary
Immaturity and the many differences between partners contribute to fights, but neediness sustains the relationship despite suffering and makes it harder to recognize incompatibility. Since crises tend to recur, talking and helping each other, including during a separation, is a healthier way to avoid wasting time that cannot be recovered.

And this "Human Factors" is couples arguing. My view of this is both spiritual and psychoanalytic. First, there is a factor of immaturity. A couple with many differences inevitably puts those differences to the test constantly. In a couple, one person is generally more aggressive and the other more passive. If both have the same personality trait, it will result in an atomic explosion. What sustains life together is people's needs and neediness. This creates a relationship that, if it lacks stability, will certainly result in something unpleasant in the future.
One of the most unpleasant discoveries is the loss of time, because you could have made a decision earlier. Building dreams on weak pillars means knowing that the structure will collapse at any moment. Neediness makes us persist in a relationship despite the suffering. When the excuses diminish and the suffering increases, the reality of incompatibility becomes evident.
I do not think a couple should go through this. Some situations are complicated, but it is always better to sit down and talk. Each person should help the other during a separation so as not to waste time—which cannot be recovered. Most losses are linked to time. When a couple faces difficulties, it is healthy for them to talk and perhaps help each other move forward. That would be healthier and happier. In a crisis, the situation tends to repeat itself. Good judgment does not prevail. The crisis arises, neediness appears, and blindness predominates in the relationship, driving happiness away. I know that most people who live through this situation will have great difficulty seeing it.
