The word "together" is important because we cannot do something only for ourselves; everyone must be included. In this way, we will discover better paths for everyone. My experience with astral projection began at age seven. At the time, there was no one who could explain what was happening to me. I was fascinated by my first projection and recreated the setting on the second day so that it would happen again. I continued having projections every night and vowed to make every effort to leave my body every night.

As a teenager, I looked for books on the subject but found nothing until I was 15, when I discovered a book that treated the topic superficially. This was a great encouragement. I visited Spiritist centers, associations, Eubiosis, and the Rosicrucian Order, places I greatly respect but that did not give me a clear understanding of astral projection. One day, I had a remarkable experience at a Rosicrucian Order temple on 25 de Março Street in São Paulo. When I entered, someone pointed me toward a book I had been looking for: "The Projection of the Astral Body," by Sylvan Muldoon. When I turned around, no one was in the room. This experience reinforced my belief in spirituality. That book and other books by Lobsang Rampa, who must have published a little over twenty books, such as "The Rampa Story," "You Forever," and "Wisdom of the Ancients," were fundamental to me. They gave me a reference point from which to work and seek better things for everyone around me.

Astral projection changed the course of my life, leading me to study and write down my experiences. Today, I share these experiences so that you can evaluate them and decide what to believe. Astral projection makes it possible to explore the planet, enter the water and the pyramids of Egypt, and visit volcanoes and glaciers. The goal is to demystify our essence by encouraging sincerity and self-facing.

Sincerity is crucial to knowledge. We must stop repeating old beliefs and question whether what we see is coherent. We have all had many experiences and have been of all races. Our ego sometimes speaks louder, but it is important to be sincere. It is possible to explore the planet in physical and spiritual dimensions, see deceased relatives, if they have not yet reincarnated, and understand the world more broadly. This contact provides a perspective beyond the explanations in books and other people's experiences.

This is a great possibility: you will be able to see the human aura and the chakras and discover a world of energies that we normally cannot see or use. Imagine practicing healing by laying on of hands; all of us can do this because we are energy. Outside the body, you will see this clearly and understand that you are worth much more than you believed. In addition, you will be able to leave the planet. This may seem utopian, but I have countless experiences and accounts of places visited beyond Earth. The universe is much larger than what we see in magazines or movies. When you leave the planet, you will realize that it is an immeasurable vastness. Here on Earth, we are bound by gravity, but outside it, everything is relative.

Astral projections demystify what is around us. You will be able to verify figures from the past, see history, and experience precognitions. You will be able to discover who you were in previous lives, priceless knowledge. You will no longer need to outsource spiritual knowledge; you will be able to describe it yourself, reaching a profound level of spirituality beyond the superficial explanations we seek from others or from God.
