Summary
The aura results from the exteriorization of the chakras' energies: it expresses what a person is and varies with their level of evolution, rather than being a defensive shell. Chakras capture and exteriorize energy in exchanges with the environment and other people, while also making astral projection and clairvoyance possible. Understanding chakras without treating them as something mystical helps people work with their own energies and perceive these interactions; chakras can improve or worsen their existence, depending on how they are directed.

Spiritual factors and our chakras are subjects that have been with me since childhood. Ever since I was a boy, I investigated our energies and chakras deeply, even without fully understanding what I was researching. I perceived points of light and energy in people, I had a rudimentary perception of spiritual consciousnesses, and I noticed the energy around them. At first, I formed mistaken ideas, influenced by readings that suggested the aura might be a defense, an energetic shell. However, as I studied the chakras further, I realized that this view was wrong.
The aura is, in fact, the result of the exteriorization of the energies of our chakras. Our understanding thus changes: what we are is what produces our aura. It is not a matter of creating an aura as a defense or of seeking a specific color for aesthetic reasons. The chakras emit the energies of our being, and people's auras vary according to their level of evolution. A person at a more primitive stage has a different aura from someone more evolved. When we generalize about the color of the chakras, we are considering 70% or 80% of the population, who experience the same reactive emotional conditions; as a result, the diversity of colors is not so great.
The chakras are fundamental to our growth and evolution. With clear knowledge about them, our life is transformed. We learn to work with our energies, to feel the environment, and to understand the energetic interactions in personal relationships. This is crucial, including in physical-sexual contact, which is an energy exchange. Many times we feel unwell in the workplace because of these energy exchanges mediated by the chakras. We consume energy through our receptors, the chakras, and we also exteriorize energy through them.
We need to stop treating the chakras as something mystical; they are part of our life and can improve or worsen our existence, depending on how we direct them. They are fundamental in spirituality, in our physical component, and in our relationships with the world. Through the chakras, we carry out astral projections, develop clairvoyance, and can exude resentment or aggressiveness. The space of the chakras is wonderful and needs to be understood.
