The Path to achieving lucid Astral Projections — YouTube from the CEC Library

How can we follow the path of spirituality in order to perform lucid astral projections? There are many aspects to consider in order to achieve an astral projection. One is knowledge of spirituality, which goes beyond simply reading Spiritist books or studying Allan Kardec. Spirituality is a deeper path that involves real knowledge of what surrounds us, multidimensionality, and acceptance of aspects that we often have not learned.

To follow this path, it is important to consider the relationship between spirituality and human behavior because they are interconnected. This approach, in my case, has worked for performing lucid astral projections. Initially, we should acquire knowledge through books, lectures, and courses, but also through our own effort, which is the most challenging part of the process of liberation. Liberation means having no dependencies, whether spiritual or emotional. We need to understand how these dependencies occur, both in relationships with others and with ourselves.

Let us highlight some essential elements for performing an astral projection. First, knowledge of energies: both consciential energy and immanent energy. This requires time because it is not enough merely to think that we know these energies. Consciential energy is the energy we receive, process, and exteriorize, while immanent energy is the original energy of the universe, which permeates everything.

Chakras are another fundamental aspect. We often think we know the chakras merely because we have seen colorful and acrobatic representations, but they are energetic focal points that require deeper understanding. Understanding the chakras is crucial to transcending the cycle of reincarnations. Reincarnation is an important subject: it is not enough to know about it; we must understand that we are reincarnated now.

There are many other aspects of spirituality, including astral projections in various situations. It is not merely a matter of leaving the body and exploring the physical environment, but also of performing spiritual assistance, which has several levels. This path requires courage because initial spiritual assistance, based on intuition and the exteriorization of energy, is only the beginning. Over time, we learn to perform spiritual assistance in processes of disincarnation, which broadens our understanding even further. To reach this level, it is necessary to know even the day of one's own death.

Spirituality is not a game. We will explore various aspects, such as the spiritual environment, evocations, harassment, spiritual helpers, and others. These elements are fundamental to a full life. These topics will be approached gradually, making it possible to understand the productive, structured path toward performing a conscious astral projection and facilitating understanding of each stage.
