Astral projection, from my point of view, is an infinite realm of knowledge. I do not state that everyone should undertake astral projections because each person is unique. Nevertheless, I consider the practice fantastic because it makes physical limits, including health issues, matter less. For me, astral projection is the best path I could have found in life, bringing indescribable happiness.

Although physical problems exist for everyone, astral projection offers a broader view of life, both physical and spiritual, revealing how ignorant we still are and how much time we lose because of it. The following account concerns an experience of spiritual assistance. I went to bed at 11 p.m. and, as I settled my body on the bed, I was already outside it. The environment was calm and balanced, and I perceived the presence of helper consciousnesses. I floated out of the house and, as I came out above the roof, felt my energies accelerate. I was already conscious in my mental body. I experienced an expanded state of consciousness in which I perceived everything around me simultaneously.

In that state, I did not need to move physically in order to provide assistance. I was in a hospital, where a very large team of consciousnesses was working to balance the energies of the environment. A Spiritist doctor, without anyone at the hospital knowing that he is a Spiritist, was performing cancer surgery. Our task was to assist him, and we worked together as a single consciousness, at high speed. The doctor managed to remove all the cancer and was a little unsure whether he had missed anything; we stabilized him so that he would feel that everything was all right. The person was fine after the procedure.

The person is a smoker, which can feed the disease. It is important to avoid addictions that harm one's health. After the assistance, I felt alone, but not in a negative way: it was the solitude of the universe. I returned to my astral body above the roof of the house, happy about what had occurred. Each of us has our own time here, and it is essential to make the most of every moment by doing our best for ourselves and others.

In my astral body, I began to descend slowly. When I entered the bedroom, I felt a wonderful sensation of stability, as though everything were still. I perceived consciousnesses in the environment. I returned to my physical body and, when I got up, noticed that about three and a half hours had passed. Time on the other side is very different. I recorded the account so that I would not forget the details.
