Continuing the astral projection accounts is a good idea. Many people are able to do this work, and seeking this kind of knowledge can help change one's life. It is necessary to expand the mind and to free oneself from beliefs and conditionings that do not lead us to the truth. The truth is something we still do not fully know. We need to remove the masks we have put on throughout life in order to find something that may be difficult to accept and to change.

Seeking spirituality can provide broader knowledge - not a closed spirituality, but one that allows us to question and to verify what is worthwhile. It is important to sense when information is real and beneficial, even when it is inconvenient. I am careful about what I say, because everyone has the right to accept it or not, and that is part of life. During a period when astral projection was very significant for me, I had hundreds of experiences in Veleiros, always following the same process. My father practiced yoga and was able to reach a deep relaxation. He looked dead when he relaxed, which impressed me; I also saw a lot of energy in him. One day, he showed me how he did a deep breathing that relaxed every muscle in the body. He was a Portuguese teacher and described the process clearly. I decided to learn from him.

He taught me the breathing technique, and I practiced it every night in my room. That improved my physical condition and made my astral projections easier, which I had previously done without any technique. With that tool, I would lie down, relax, and feel the energetic signs. Sometimes I felt nothing and went straight to the place I had thought of. But most of the time, I felt buzzing and my body rigid, as if it were stiff. I heard crackling sounds and puffs of air before leaving the body and floating.

On one of those occasions, I left my body and explored the house. There was a small Japanese ancestral altar where my mother, in her spiritual body, was praying. I was impressed to see her there, surrounded by transparent figures that I could not identify and called cellophanes. I approached slowly, and when I reached the door, my mother turned, looked at me, and went back to praying. That gesture was striking to me.

I carried out these experiences intentionally, seeking information and places related to the subject. After that experience, I lost consciousness and woke up in my body. I wrote everything down immediately. My mother then turned on the light in her room, came to my room, and said that I had been watching her. I did not understand whether she had dreamed it, but I did not ask at the time so as not to forget what I needed to write. I also did not want to have to explain what I was doing.

Later, I found out that she had that capacity for perception. That experience was very good. I concluded that all of us, at night, leave the body to take in energy and revitalize ourselves, even if the separation is minimal. Some people may not manage to leave because of beliefs or other factors, but I believe that most do. Everything we do should add to our life. Bad things happen, but what matters is taking steps forward and being better. I seek spirituality in order to acquire knowledge, which can be valuable to other people as well.
