Anger, the ego's response to frustrated expectations, harms emotional and spiritual life and continues after death.

Summary

Anger can arise when an expectation is frustrated or the ego feels hurt or threatened. It can lead to rumination and retaliation or, when harbored, to emotional problems that become physical. It also attracts spiritual consciousnesses that feel anger and harms the quality of exteriorized energies, which reflect what we are and process. These emotional difficulties persist after death, so understanding who we are and seeking enlightenment to resolve them also helps with spiritual issues and improves our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world.

Anger is a human factor. Anger is an emotion with several origins. According to Wikipedia, anger is a feeling of protest, insecurity, shyness, and frustration against someone or something, which is exteriorized when the ego feels hurt or threatened. I think our main problem is our ego.

Anger can have several origins: a desire for revenge, envy, ego, and an instinct of superiority. It is a response to an unfulfilled expectation, which may concern oneself, an event, or another person. When an expectation is frustrated, the instinctive response is anger, an emotional process. Anger can be expressed verbally or through actions, always with the intention of compensating for the harm caused by the frustrated expectation—harm that varies for each person. Someone's death, for example, can cause immense frustration and anger.

Human beings are skilled at obtaining secondary gains from situations that could be understood calmly. Understanding is the first step toward freeing oneself from suffering. Anger can produce a physical or verbal response expressed aggressively or more mildly. There are other ways to manifest anger: some people harbor anger, turning it into a "lump" that can become an illness. Anger can be a factory of illnesses, beginning with emotional problems that become physical. Depending on the person's characteristics, anger can manifest as revenge. In traffic, for example, we do not become angry simply because another car passes us, but because we think the driver meant to challenge or mock us.

It is important to discover this before dying, because it is not good to die and remain angry on the other side. Anger can become a process of emotional rumination in which we seek to justify why we feel angry. In simple situations, we can turn anger into retaliation, consciously or unconsciously. Anger is not a good idea, either emotionally or spiritually. If you are angry, you will attract spiritual consciousnesses at the same level. The consciousnesses around you will be angry as well. It is not possible to have emotional difficulties and be surrounded by wonderful people.

We coexist better with people who share our dysfunctional emotional processes. In moments of euphoria, joy, or sadness, we can coexist. To truly coexist, we need to be attuned. It is important to understand who we are without fear. It is not enough to listen and repeat; we need to think about it in order to grow and improve. We often boast about our emotional dysfunctions, believing that everyone is the same. However, after death, we will continue to be the same.

Some people became quite upset with me because they do not want to continue being angry after the loss of the physical body. They believe that when they die, they will go to the "kingdom of heaven." They think that simply asking for forgiveness resolves everything. But that is not how it works. You on the other side and I in astral projection, so that we can clarify your new experience without a physical body. Anger is not a good idea; it is a limitation that interferes with your life. The energies around us, both emotional and spiritual, are not of good quality when we are angry. If you practice the laying on of hands, it is important to reflect on this.

We exteriorize the energy of what we are or process, and we encode that energy. To better understand our life, our reality, and the path we can follow, which may perhaps become very good. It is important to seek enlightenment to resolve our emotional issues because this helps us resolve spiritual issues, improving our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world.
