Summary

The daily assistential task is a commitment to spirituality and helping others. Open to everyone, it should be practiced with gratitude and consistency, even when tired. Between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., participants choose ten minutes to sit, relax, and exteriorize energies through an act of will, making them available to CEC's spiritual helpers, who can use them to balance, harmonize, and heal. The process must be started and ended clearly to prevent needy consciousnesses from absorbing these energies and to signal to the helpers when the person is active. There is no need to visualize them, as the energies identify who is participating.

Source transcript

The daily assistential task consists of the exteriorization of energies, with the participation of hundreds of people. The meaning of life is to do things that uplift and bring happiness to everyone. The practice was put in place at the Center for Consciousness Studies (CEC) from the beginning, because spirituality must be lived daily, not just once a week. We must constantly give thanks for everything we are able to do. Often, we only realize the importance of that when something interrupts our continuity, but we should not wait for that. We must practice with feeling and gratitude.

The daily assistential task is a commitment of everyone, not only for personal growth, but to sincerely benefit everyone around us. It is not about boasting about what you do, but about working with a grateful heart. The practice consists of the exteriorization of energies daily, between 9 and 11 p.m. You choose 10 minutes in that interval to relax and, with willpower, exteriorize your energies, directing them to CEC's spiritual helpers.

This work is not exclusive; it is open to everyone. The spiritual helpers can be many, and in the spiritual world there are no divisions. Advanced consciousnesses work in a global movement of energies, without ego disputes. When directing your energies, you must begin and end the process clearly. That prevents needy consciousnesses from trying to absorb your energy and ensures that the spiritual helpers know when you are active or not.

It is important to carry out this work daily, without excuses. Often, we only commit to spirituality in moments of need or crisis, but we must be committed at every moment of life. Changing your life through will and behavior is challenging, but necessary. Everyone can take part, regardless of religion, belief, or philosophy. We are human beings on a planet that needs improvements, and that requires continuous effort. Determination and continuity are fundamental for making a difference.

Sitting in a relaxed way and devoting initial attention to the exteriorization of energies is fundamental. At the start, it is important to stop and focus on the intention of sending out your energies. If you run into difficulties, seek guidance. Having a physical body is a great opportunity. Sometimes I look at myself in the mirror and think about the importance of this body for carrying out work in this dimension, where we can learn about both good and evil, create better situations, and avoid regrets at the end of life.

Daily spiritual assistance is essential. Often, we devote time to spirituality only when we need it, but it is important to understand that the spiritual world is not at our service. We must connect daily, showing that we are present and willing to help. We make our energies available so that spiritual consciousnesses can balance, harmonize, and heal. That daily practice demonstrates our commitment to life and to the people around us.

You are a working tool for the spiritual world. Often, that tool is used inappropriately, with little knowledge. We spend the whole week speaking badly of other people, using swear words, and then, on one particular day, we go to a spiritual place. The overall context is not positive. True spirituality involves a daily commitment to personal growth and evolution. I have been talking about emotional and energetic matters since I was 15 or 16.

If you are not feeling well or are tired, you should still devote yourself to the spiritual practice. The decision is fundamental. When you decide to do something, the spiritual world supports that decision. It does not matter whether you have a headache or any other discomfort; when you decide to act, those pains can disappear. Spiritual support is guaranteed when you take part in a positive egregor, carrying out happy work with universal expansion.

As for visualizing the spiritual helpers, it is not necessary to know them visually. In the spiritual world, energies identify us. When you place your energies at the disposal of the spiritual helpers, they know what to do. There is no need to teach them anything. We still work at an emotional level, using lower chakras, but a more evolved consciousness has already transcended that, operating in balance and action. The types of assistance carried out with these energies are countless. In a hospital, for example, during surgery, the energy can balance the environment, help the doctors, and even restore tissues. It can prevent accidents, bring positive intuitions, and save or heal people.
