Summary
The Daily Assistential Task (TAD) puts spirituality into practice through the exteriorization of energy over a distance to help others, also benefiting practitioners and their homes. At a chosen time between 8:30 p.m. and 11 p.m., practitioners devote ten minutes to sending energy to the CEC helpers, using the method of laying on of hands they already know and, if possible, pausing their activities. Sending the energy calls for goodwill and good humor, without anger or tension, and ends with an expression of gratitude. The approach links helping others to personal transformation: overcoming the ego and the inner barriers that sustain divisions between people, countries, and religions.

The Daily Assistential Task (TAD) was created in order to exercise spirituality daily—to practice every day what we believe in. The TAD is a way of expressing our contact with the spiritual dimension, benefiting ourselves and the people around us. Whether it is laying on of hands, magnetic passes, Mahikari Art, Johrei, reiki, or pranic healing, all of them are ways of expressing and transferring energy. We all have the same possibilities; it is a matter of learning how to use them. Anyone who practices any kind of laying on of hands can participate, regardless of where they are.
The Daily Assistential Task aims to help people in their difficulties and to increase the circulation of energy, starting in your own home. You will see the benefits in your house and in yourself, because you are the channel through which these energies circulate. Afterward, you will be able to benefit people you know and even those you do not know, reaching a level of genuine love. The goal is to commit yourself to exercising your spirituality daily. Choose a time between 8:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. in order to participate. You can exteriorize your energies in the way you know, as in reiki, but at a distance. What matters is the intention to help your neighbor, because all of these practices aim to benefit our fellow human beings.
Begin the process at a set time, dedicating 10 minutes to the work. If possible, stop for a while, but if that is not possible, continue your activities. The idea is to be free and not to create blocks. Even if you work at night, you can participate in any situation, because the work is charged with good will and love. The TAD has been generating positive results all over the world. We need to learn how to relate to one another, because one day the world must be in unison, without fragmentation by countries, ideas, or religions. The great idea is that everyone follow a common path.
After choosing the time, direct the energy to the helpers of the Center for Consciousness Studies (CEC). It is important to keep good will and good humor, because transmitting anger or tension does not help. During the task, set your problems aside and focus on extending a hand to your neighbor, which, in fact, is extending a hand to yourself. Send the energies with the thought that you are sending them to the helpers, creating an energetic link. When you finish, thank the helpers.
I believe that we need to change this world. We live with tension, fear, and anger, but this world is wonderful. We can transform it starting with ourselves, through the conversations we are having. If someone is facing difficulties, we should send energy and give thanks for the opportunity to help. We created limits and borders, such as those of countries and neighborhoods, which began inside us. It is time to bring down these barriers. The Berlin Wall fell, and we have small inner walls that we built. Let us remove them. I believe that we should work with determination so that we and everyone around us will be very happy. We can overcome everything that we have built destructively.
Having a physical body is an opportunity that we still do not see completely. With work, effort, and dedication, if we rid ourselves of the ego and of the things we do not understand, we will be very happy. The work of the spiritual helpers on the astral plane demonstrates the importance of our task, because it is aligned with everything we are doing.
