Summary

During energy exchanges with people and environments, we can gain or lose energy without realizing it; content and pages also connect us to spiritual egregors. After meals, energy loss involves digestion and the possible influence of spiritual consciousnesses coupled to us. There is no magic formula for countering negative energies from people with malicious intentions, but personal growth, raising consciousness, and circulating energy can help provide protection. Paying attention to energy exchanges in everyday life supports self-observation and the practice of energy recovery techniques.

Some subjects arouse curiosity, such as the life of an advanced consciousness on another planet. Others are part of everyday life, such as energy exchanges. Sometimes we barely perceive energy exchanges. I had not thought about energy exchanges before. During the day, it seemed that I would "switch off" and need a quick rest. My sister joked that I "died" for 10 minutes. I would sit anywhere and fall asleep for 10 to 15 minutes. Then I would wake up full of energy and continue working. Energy exchanges happen, but without knowledge, everything seems normal. You lose or gain energy during the day without being aware of it. For example, after lunch, many people need to rest. Only knowledge explains it.

A person can easily absorb the energies around them like an "energetic sponge." Environments affect us, and energy exchanges between people can result in benefits or resentments, depending on each person's characteristics.

There is no magic formula for blocking negative energies from ill-intentioned people, but personal growth and the elevation of one's own consciousness can help minimize their effects. Energetic defense techniques and the practice of circulating energy are ways to protect oneself.

Liking a page on social media can create energy exchanges: when we connect with content, music, or pages, we connect to a spiritual egregor, which may result in energy exchanges. Connecting with the Monad, a higher consciousness, is complex. Although it can see us, our limited condition prevents a direct exchange of energy; spiritual growth is necessary for us to approach this greater consciousness.

Energy depletion after meals occurs because energy is redirected toward processing food and because of the possible influence of spiritual consciousnesses that attach themselves to us while we eat. Paying attention to energy exchanges in everyday life supports self-observation and the practice of energetic recovery techniques.

Questions raised by this material
