Summary
Everyone has the capacity for clairvoyance, but fears, denial, and lack of knowledge limit perception of the spiritual dimension. Developing it requires overcoming dysfunctional emotional processes and denial, acquiring spiritual knowledge, and practicing consistently. Exercises alone are not enough, since it is necessary to understand visions that may show consciousnesses, past lives, or distant places. Seeing more does not make anyone superior: this ability should be used impartially, for the benefit of oneself and others.

This week's theme is how to develop clairvoyance, the fourth theme. All human beings already have the capacity to see not only the physical dimension, but also the spiritual one. We often have clairvoyance events, but we refuse to accept the spiritual dimension because of what we have learned over the course of our lives. If we had followed a different path, without fears, prejudices, and closed ideas, we could have a multidimensional relationship both with physical people and with those who no longer have a physical body.
Our denials, fears, and lack of knowledge prevent us from perceiving the subtler dimensions that surround us. Clairvoyance is not a power. The idea that having the "gift" of clairvoyance makes us superior is mistaken. If we are able to see more, we should use that ability to benefit ourselves and others, with impartiality.
To develop clairvoyance, the first step is to overcome our dysfunctional and denial-based emotional processes. Just wanting it is not enough; inner work is necessary. Many people look for a magic word that will change their lives and allow them to see the spiritual world, but that does not exist. It is a path of continuous learning, in which we need to deconstruct a poorly structured life in order to see reality.
Another fundamental step is to acquire a great deal of spiritual knowledge—not only about clairvoyance, but about the whole of spirituality. It is not enough to do clairvoyance exercises without a foundation of spiritual knowledge, because, in the first experience, it can be hard to understand what is being seen. The emotional context and knowledge provide the basis for opening our chakras and our vision to what is around us.
Imagine that, after many clairvoyance exercises, you practice facial clairvoyance. When you look at someone, you may see the current life of consciousnesses around them, such as relatives, friends, and people who are very attached to them, as well as the past lives of the person in front of you. You may also see your own reincarnation. To interpret those visions, knowledge is necessary. And what if you begin to see images of other locations or past events? Or even of other planets? We should not restrict our vision to what is nearby. We can see distant things, but we need to have an open heart, eliminating internal denial in order to see more. With emotional support, knowledge, and constant practice, we can reach a satisfactory level of clairvoyance.
