Let us talk about the spiritual helpers, specifically those from the more subtle energetic dimension. These helpers help us, although we often do not see them, which can generate doubts about their existence. Based on experience, I can state that they are present and that it is beneficial for us to relate well to them. Everything on this planet is based on relationships. It is important that we become a tool for the spiritual helpers through continuous work. The helpers can be spirits close to us, such as relatives and friends who have already passed away, or more advanced consciousnesses with whom we have little contact. In order to reach them, we need to improve, and that requires effort.

It is important to demystify the idea that we can call any high-level helper at any moment. Constant work, which generates value for everyone, is what transforms our life. Knowledge is useful, but we need to review our ego, because it limits us. In order to connect with high-level helpers, who have no ego, we must dedicate ourselves with feeling and motivation.

High-level spiritual helpers have perceptions and visions beyond our understanding. They are not like the helpers we can become after death, helping our loved ones. I am referring to consciousnesses that have already traveled a long path and that guide us toward stabilizing the world. They do not have the limits we have, and they deal with birth and death as a continuity.

These consciousnesses are not moved by our primitive emotions. They stabilize environments: forests, rivers, mountains, winds, and seas. As we elevate ourselves spiritually, we can receive a little of their energy, which is extremely potent. For that, we need to improve our thoughts and avoid mysticisms and superstitions. To work is a verb, and these consciousnesses are absolute continuity. We need to make an effort to maintain continuity in our efforts, because starting is easy, but continuing is the challenge. We should not seek immediate results, but rather persist, even when we do not see rapid changes. The advanced helpers observe our continuity, especially in difficult situations.

For example, if you have a sick relative and enroll them in the Daily Assistential Task, hundreds of thousands of people will send energy to that person, with the help of many spiritual helpers. And when you look, what happened with that person who said, "Wow, where did this cancer go?" can happen. The doctor states: "I do not know what happened. Your husband can die of anything except cancer." You may think it was the medication he was taking. It is easier to believe that than to accept that we have enough power to change the world.

Reflect on this. It is not worth being here on Earth if you do not believe in yourself. If you do not believe that all of us, by uniting, can make this world better. I prove it right now: we united and made the world worse, because that is easier. Destroying is easy; building requires effort. So why can we not do the opposite? Why can we not unite and improve the world, achieving contact with advanced spiritual helpers who see that it is worth betting on us?

You do not need to believe what I say, but we come to believe at two crucial moments: when we face a serious illness or when death draws near. Death is the great equalizer among all of us. When it draws near, we panic. Illness, from my point of view, is the result of what we are and of what we constitute. We are very good at creating illnesses and, in that process, we drive away elevated consciousnesses that could help us. It is important to recognize these helpers, whom we should thank daily, because they are very advanced.

In an institution, spiritual helpers are present to give continuity to good intentions. If the intentions are good, the helpers will be invested and you will see results. It is enough for human beings to unite with a happy intention for happiness to happen. High-level spiritual helpers can help us constantly. Let us practice the Daily Assistential Task, believing that, by uniting, we can create a better world, happier and without illness. So far, we are the illness, you can be sure of that.
