Summary
Astral projection is physiological, but developing lucidity and spiritual knowledge requires ongoing study and practice at times that fit into one's routine. Intense emotional charges and rigid beliefs can hinder perception; a light diet, calmness, relaxation, energy circulation, and contact with Immanent Energy help with projection. Those who fear harassers need to look at their own lives, because neediness and incessant desires can attract harassment. Opening up to spirituality requires avoiding mystification: projection does not confer spiritual superiority, and greater lucidity brings the need to do more for others, without notions of authority or power.

I will recount some personal experiences to clarify the process of astral projection. When I lay down and relaxed, my body would begin to vibrate, accompanied by a loud noise in my head. After a snap, I felt released, outside my body. This happened several times. At first, it happened calmly; all I had to do was relax and not worry, and the astral body would detach from the physical body, allowing a relatively good degree of consciousness.
It is important to know that consciousness during projection is influenced by our daily emotional charges. Intense emotions, such as nervousness and anger, can make clarity and perception outside the body more difficult. Although I am open to other experiences, I have noticed that negative emotional states impair the sharpness of extra-physical experiences. To facilitate projection, it is advisable to have a calm day and eat light food. Heavy, fatty foods can affect the physical body and, consequently, astral projection, which is a time when dense energies are released. If you are emotionally shaken, such as after an argument, astral projection may occur as an escape. However, for conscious and lucid projections, it is essential to work continuously toward that goal.
Astral projection requires practice and continuity, just like any profession. Having an isolated experience is not enough to consider oneself an astral projector. Just as a doctor or psychologist needs to practice their profession, astral projection requires constant practice in order to make the most of it. Intense emotional charges can interfere because they make focus and lucidity more difficult.
Another factor that can interfere is closed beliefs. If someone does not believe in life after death, they may not perceive anything during astral projection. It is important to have an open perception of spirituality and to accept auras, chakras, the existence of spirits, life continuing without the physical body, and past lives. Even when accepting life after death, one must avoid mystifications, such as believing that astral projection confers spiritual superiority. At the current level of evolution, astral projection makes it possible to perform activities in the spiritual or physical dimension, but it does not imply superiority.
When a high level of lucidity is reached during astral projections, one realizes the need to work more for others, abandoning ideas of authority and power. Ultimately, others are ourselves, and it is important to take this into consideration. There is also a fear that, upon leaving the body, you might be attacked by harasser or dark spirits. If you have this fear, know that if you were going to be attacked, it would already be happening. Our lives should be coherent and internally organized, with common sense and direction. In this way, spiritual experiences will always be better.
If you experience a great deal of spiritual harassment, you are probably doing something that attracts this situation, such as neediness, incessant desires, or an unrestrained pursuit of sexuality. This does not lead to growth, evolution, or inner happiness. Instead of balancing the higher chakras, you are throwing the lower ones out of balance. Think about this so that you do not remain trapped in the idea that harassers will be waiting for you on the other side.
Normally, when we leave the body, we do not encounter anyone. If we do, they will be people close to us, such as relatives and friends with some kind of bond. Do not be alarmed by this. Many things facilitate astral projection, such as relaxation and a good mood. Constant circulation of energy and being in places with abundant immanent energy, such as Sítio St. Damian, which has a lot of vegetation, help greatly. Immanent energy makes you work with the higher chakras, which are the ones that handle this type of energy.
Organization and continuity are fundamental. Set days and times for attempting astral projection, but replace "attempting" with "succeeding." This requires effort, but consider your actual circumstances, such as what time you arrive home and the need to wake up early. After 10 p.m., a hormone in the body promotes sleep, making it easier to achieve lucid astral projections.
No effort is necessary for projections because this is a physiological process, but for lucidity and spiritual knowledge, it is important to study, read books, watch movies, and participate in study groups. Avoid people who mystify things and far-fetched stories. Astral projection is accessible to everyone, like laying on of hands, provided one has knowledge.
