Summary
Reincarnation gives life meaning by giving consciousness time to gain knowledge, review mistakes, and achieve happiness on a continuous path toward absolute freedom. Each physical life is brief and offers opportunities for change that may require breaking beliefs and conditioning. Meeting people at different levels of evolution allows for learning, teaching, and exchanging experiences, but growth also requires thinking of others, treating them with affection, and caring for the world. Questioning oneself and making room for other people's ideas help us follow this path with lucidity, without a final goal that ends evolution.

Reincarnation provides understanding about one's own life. Our life would have no meaning if we were merely born and died, without evolution. Human evolution requires that, as a consciousness, you add knowledge, review mistakes, and constantly adjust your life. The meaning of life leads us to absolute freedom, which is being free even from yourself.
We are open to criticism, which offers opportunities to rethink and revise positions. Some criticism can be emotionally charged, but the best course is to question even yourself. On Earth, we are a group that puts up fences and borders out of ignorance. One day, we must remove them in order to walk a path together, helping one another. Happiness is an individual achievement reached over several reincarnations. Reincarnations are important for reviewing life and growing, because you will have time to do that.
The path of a life is quick, even if we live 60, 70, 80, or 100 years or more. Often we do not make use of that time, focusing only on ourselves. It is essential to understand that the other person is us, which improves our understanding of the world and teaches us to treat others with affection. At this moment, we are incarnated and reincarnated. It is a happy moment, in which we can make decisions and changes. For that, it may be necessary to break learned beliefs and conditioning. We repeat patterns across hundreds of reincarnations, but if the goal is to evolve, why do we remain stagnant? Would it be out of fear, lack of knowledge, or ignorance? Let us find that out together.
It is essential that we follow a path that justifies our participation in this moment of physical life, with consciousness. This period is important because we meet consciousnesses of every level. We meet people who are more evolved and less evolved, and that is enriching. What more do we want? It is a wonderful moment, a moment of light, in which we can look at people, make contact, learn, perhaps teach, and exchange experiences. We need to make the world better and more beautiful. We are destroying everything: forests, rivers, the air. In the end, we think we are good, but we need to discover how to evolve in order to become love.
We must think not only about ourselves, but also about others. That is crucial for our growth and happiness. Reincarnation is a subject that gives life meaning. We study the aura, the psychosoma, the mental body, the chakras, but reincarnation puts all of this knowledge in context. Reincarnation is the path we travel. I do not see a final goal, such as reaching Atman or Nirvana; that is part of the path, but it is not the end. Our story always continues. It would make no sense to work and to reincarnate only to come to an end.
It is important that we have the notion that the path is what matters most to us. It must be walked with lucidity, goodwill, good humor, willingness, truth, and sincerity in everything we believe, even if at times we are afraid to express it. We must make room for other people's ideas and reflect on them. We often think we are right, but it is not like that. Many people are right, and perhaps in the end we will realize that everyone is right, but we do not manage to bring it all together into one wonderful truth. We need to learn together, follow the path, and see what our life will be like in the future.
