Reincarnation repeats because of attachment, debts, physical pleasures, and family ties; with sufficient consciousness, one can choose not to return to Earth.

Summary

Spiritual growth is slow and repetitive because learning still focuses on emotions and physical needs. People continue reincarnating because of attachment, debts, physical pleasures, and ties to family members, groups, and friends. Each person is responsible for themselves and can choose not to return to Earth if they have a sufficient level of consciousness. This path involves abandoning self-deceit and seeing life as a whole; when everyone has a better outlook, differences will be overcome, relationships will have respect and common sense, work will be done with the higher chakras, and reincarnation may become optional.

What is a reincarnation process? As spirits, we begin with a zero astral body, making our first contact with Earth. From that point, countless possibilities arise. At first, as consciousnesses, we are inexperienced and naive. We often learn through fear rather than clear explanations.

Imagine how many centuries have passed since we began appearing on Earth. Each person appears in a different era, and the initial learning is emotional: birth, death, aggression, and affection. These are emotions we gradually assimilate, but we do not have the full capacity to understand feelings. Our understanding is limited, and we are satisfied with that. Learning is restricted; we rarely encounter a sage who explains life, chakras, the astral body, spirituality, or the universe to us. Interpersonal relationships are learned tumultuously, often through suffering.

Most people focus on themselves, living in the shadow of selfishness and personal advantage. Since the beginning of history, we have entered and left the body, learning about basic needs such as food and protection. This development is physical, not spiritual. Our understanding of the universe is slow. 200 or 300 years ago, the perception of the Moon and stars was different. When someone stated that Earth is round and is not the center of everything, there was resistance.

Spiritual growth is slow and repetitive, necessary for our civilization, but it prevents us from fully understanding birth and death. These events are laden with emotion: birth is a celebration; death can be sadness or celebration. We need to understand the reincarnation process better. We are responsible for ourselves; we cannot blame God or angels. We continue to reincarnate because of attachment, debts, physical pleasures, and family, group, and friendship ties. If we have sufficient consciousness, we can choose not to return to Earth, knowing that there are hundreds of things to do on the other side.

It is important to stop deceiving ourselves and face reality. This can be difficult, because seeing the whole is more challenging than seeing fragments of life. We reincarnate in order to see only pieces, in an endless cycle. If we decide to free and improve ourselves, we will face challenges. We need to understand that differences are the result of our primitiveness. When everyone has a better outlook, differences will be overcome. Peaceful relationships, respect, and common sense will prevail; we will work with the higher chakras, and the reincarnation process may become optional. It is a difficult but necessary path. We will get there.
