Summary
Emotional charges, education, fear, and cultural or religious influences can limit sexual freedom. In a couple, communication, common goals, affection, and mutual desire support the partnership, while projecting an idealized image prevents seeing the real person. Masturbation stimulates the base chakra and can be healthy with balance and discernment, but addiction can attract spiritual harassment: spirits feed on the energy generated in excess, creating a cycle that is difficult to break. Evoking someone for sexual stimulation, through imagination or images, steals their energy and constitutes harassment, potentially causing turbulence and depression in the person evoked.

Today is the fourth day of the Learn About Healthy Sexuality and Spirituality mini-course, and we are going to address masturbation. Our goal is to convey knowledge calmly, allowing people to understand the different types of human behavior. We are going to explore the difference between the man-woman relationship and the relationship with oneself.
We are influenced by emotional charges, education, and life experiences, especially situations of fear. Our parents also carry cultural and religious influences, which involve us in such a way that we are not free. Reich mentioned that we create our own prisons, and that is true. In a relationship between two people, one can limit the other. For the energies to flow, both need to be free. A happy couple should have communication and exchanges on all levels, including the chakras, with common goals. The idea is that one helps the other in a partnership of growth and evolution.
However, our fears and personal difficulties can prevent that freedom, and sexual energy can become blocked. We often seek satisfaction without considering the partner, projecting an idealized image instead of seeing the real person. Ideally, the relationship is based on affection and mutual desire, so that the energy flows in a healthy way.
In the relationship with oneself, or masturbation, the stimulation of the base chakra can be healthy if it is done with balance. However, if it becomes an addiction, it can attract unwanted spiritual companions, becoming a harassing practice. The responsibility for our life is great. In a man-woman relationship, one has to resolve personal issues and help the partner. Alone, it is necessary to have discernment in order to maintain a quality relationship with oneself.
Spiritual knowledge is essential to keep satisfaction from becoming merely a momentary relief. Fear is an obstacle both in relationships with others and in the relationship with oneself. We need to face ourselves with good humor, accepting criticism and learning from our mistakes. The "no" can interrupt the natural flow of relationships, both those of a couple and masturbatory ones. If masturbation becomes an addiction, it can attract spiritual harassment from primitive and ignorant consciousnesses, which have no notion of spiritual knowledge.
The idea that after death we will have room to grow is a taboo. The real opportunity for change is now, with no excuses. Balance is essential in order to improve life. Excessive masturbation generates a great deal of energy, attracting spirits that feed on it, creating a cycle that is difficult to break. Therefore, it is important to act with common sense. Both the sexuality we practice with a partner and the sexual relationship we have with ourselves involve our sex. We often make a mistake when we masturbate: we evoke someone's image, whether by means of a magazine or a film, in order to obtain stimulation.
Our imagination creates what we do not have internally. It is the space of arousal that we do not achieve through sincere desire, which we reach only without fear. When we masturbate thinking about someone, we are in fact stealing that person's energies. Frequently, women take seductive photos and men display well-toned bodies. Someone may use those images for sexual gratification, stealing energy and causing turbulence or even depression in the person evoked. The practice can provoke moderate to severe depression and also harassment. Whoever evokes is harassing the other person. It is important to be careful with this.
