Summary
Labile mood, irritability or aggressiveness for no apparent reason, a persistent sense that something bad will happen, and physical effects, such as sudden headaches and dizziness, could indicate the influence of harasser consciousnesses. These companions are cultivated in everyday life, so it is important to observe behaviors such as bad temper, anger, and disparaging others, which could feed similar consciousnesses. Physical signs require a medical consultation to rule out somatizations or physical conditions, and the spiritual side should be considered seriously and critically, without mysticism.

Certain reactions could indicate the influence of harassing entities. I will address four items: labile mood, irritability or aggressiveness, a sense of disaster or accident, and physical effects. Labile mood refers to mood variation, an inner condition characterized by drastic fluctuations throughout the day. Upon waking, it is common to feel unwell, as if one were carrying the body—but this is not normal. The desirable state is to wake up feeling well, calm, and happy rather than with that malaise. This situation could suggest the influence of harassing consciousnesses.
The companions we have are those we cultivate in everyday life through our behaviors. When we are ill-tempered, angry, or disparage others, we would feed consciousnesses of that quality. It is therefore important to observe these behaviors so as not to fall into this trap. Waking up feeling well means working toward good, happiness, good humor, and positivity. This mood variation can be controlled by harassment.
The second situation is emotional irritability or aggressiveness, in which the individual is always nervous, with a dull, gratuitous irritation for no apparent reason. This departs from rational behavior, and there is no use justifying it by saying it is normal, because that does not help one improve or become happier. The third item is the sense that something negative is going to happen, an impression that something bad is coming. This sensation is related to the sponsorship of harassing consciousnesses of the same level and is accompanied by anguish, agony, malaise, and oppression. Even without an objective reason for concern, the sensation persists, and we need to learn to free ourselves from it.
The fourth item is physical effects: sudden headaches, pressure, back pain, shivers down the spine, a lump in the stomach, a cold feeling in the stomach, dizziness, a sensation of a plate stuck to the head or of something attached at the back, tingling, numbness in part of the body, and momentary loss of hearing or vision. These are signs that something is happening. It is important to learn to react to these signs, but always consult a doctor to rule out somatizations or physical conditions. The spiritual side should be considered seriously and critically, without mysticism. These are the four groups of signs that could indicate an unwanted approach.
