Summary
We go through successive births and deaths and repeat patterns from past lives without gaining new knowledge. Breaking free from this cycle requires taking responsibility for our own path through questioning, internal reassessment, behavioral change, and self-facing. The mission is to grow and evolve: effort and enlightenment about who we are and what life is allow us to face death as a continuation of who we are.

The fear of death is a serious matter in our lives. Both death and birth are processes that we live through repeatedly. Each of us has already been born and died hundreds of thousands of times: we disincarnate, we remain without the physical body, we prepare to be born again, and we reincarnate. This cycle repeats itself, death being the greatest repetition we face. In our physical life, we repeat patterns from previous lives without adding new knowledge. We do not question life or what we really are, expecting a higher force to help us. However, we need to change the course of our lives, because we are responsible for our own path. We have the capacity to learn and to make associations, but often we do not use it to follow the best path.
The best path is that of questioning, inner revision, behavior change, and self-facing. We need to free ourselves from everything we were in order to follow a better path. Effort and enlightenment are essential in order to leave this primitive wheel of repetitions. That effort is essential so that, on the day of our death, we do not have the feeling that everything has ended. In fact, things do not end that way. It is important to learn to share space, to understand who we are and what life is, and to stop thinking that a special mission exists.
Each of us has two possibilities: a way to grow and the obligation to grow, which is to evolve. The fundamental mission is to evolve, and that can be expressed through a profession, a path, or a place, depending on family and social compositions. Our mission is to grow, to evolve, and to be better, so that, on the last day of our lives, we have so much knowledge that death is not the end, but a continuity of what we are. To achieve that, a great deal of work is necessary. That is what I believe.
