Summary
Bad moods are common, but they are not normal. They are linked to the lower chakras and the continuous exteriorization of dense energies, even during euphoria, which is different from happiness. Having your consciousness in the base chakra is neither good nor bad; recognizing this condition allows you to pursue personal improvement and overcome relationship difficulties and a lack of motivation and strength. Learning to deal with losses and frustrations helps defuse irritable and angry reactions and avoid hurting others.

Bad mood is not something normal. Explaining what is normal in a dysfunctional world is challenging, because we do not learn what is really normal. Many times we justify inappropriate behaviors with excuses - such as stealing an ashtray from a restaurant, or being aggressive - under the argument that "everybody does it." However, the line must be drawn when we hurt others. We must always seek the best path so as not to hurt people.
In lectures, it is important to respect the environment and to find appropriate ways of expressing our beliefs. For example, it is not appropriate to declare oneself a Spiritist in a Muslim temple, because this can be seen as an unnecessary challenge. Religions compete for space, believing that they are guiding people. Bad mood often arises from loss, and we need to learn to deal with this in order to disarm these reactions.
Frustration leads to anger, and it is essential to learn to deal with these emotions. Bad mood is common, but it is not normal. We repeat behaviors across several reincarnations and, upon dying, we continue to be who we are, carrying our unresolved difficulties. People who do not accept death can remain in a state of torpor after passing away - a miserable situation.
During astral projections, it is possible to see spirits in a state of extra-physical coma, without reaction or movement. This is related to the lowest chakras, which influence bad mood. Ill-tempered people exteriorize very dense energies into the environment all the time, whether they are euphoric or exercising their bad mood. Frequencies of bad mood in the chakras are always active, and this affects our well-being.
I have observed that even cheerful people can transmit negative energies. Bad mood, anger, and resentment are linked to the same chakras. Happiness is a state different from euphoria. Our chakras capture and exteriorize energy, and our consciousness is linked to a specific chakra. If consciousness is in the base chakra, we manifest its characteristics.
Of the 80% of the people on the planet that I mentioned, at least 60% have consciential activity in the base chakra. This is my speculative estimate. It is neither good nor bad to have consciousness in a specific chakra, but it is important to know this in order to improve. Otherwise, we will face relationship difficulties, a lack of motivation and strength. We need to be happy and to like what we do, manifesting ourselves with tranquility. This requires correction and improvement, even for those who consider themselves shy.
It is necessary to work on personal improvement in order to become a better person. In all aspects of life, there is always something to correct, and these issues are related to our emotional chakras. Our energetic constitution is similar when it comes to emotions such as anger and hatred. If we make a scale for evaluating the chakras, assigning a score of 10 to the crown chakra and a score of zero to the base chakra, we can place ourselves at around 2.5 or 3. This indicates the level at which we find ourselves in terms of the development of the chakras. This position is not ideal, because ill-tempered people tend to also be angry.
