Summary
Moisés was able to move a matchbox with his para-hands during astral projections, but he could not consistently reproduce the results. To investigate what influenced the movement, he experimented with a duck feather and a leaf from a tree, both of which he also managed to move. His persistence in the experiments led him to realize that it was not just about energy, but about feeling and connecting with the object, as in coupling.

I will recount an astral projection experience that involves moving a matchbox. During these experiences, I placed a matchbox full of matches and tried to move it with my para-hands, but nothing happened. I persisted, believing that even if some attempts failed, others might succeed. I then decided to remove the matches, thinking that a lighter box might be easier to move. After several attempts, I began to question whether I was doing something wrong, but I kept trying.
One day, when I was more relaxed, the box was thrown against the wall. This made me reflect on the variables involved in the experiences: perhaps my lack of concern had produced greater force. I continued trying, but without success. On another occasion, after eating in a specific way, the matchbox flew again. This left me intrigued about what might be influencing the results. I followed the example of my father, who spent two and a half years playing chess alone, himself against himself, and continued experimenting despite the inconsistent results.
Over time, I began recording everything I did, from my food to the day's activities. Even so, the movement of the box was not repeated. I questioned why the astral body could not produce a physical event and continued seeking answers. I began filming the experiences, but often nothing happened. One day, I replaced the matchbox with a duck feather, believing that it would be easier to move. I placed the feather in a cardboard box with a single opening to prevent outside interference, such as wind. On the first attempt, the feather fell to the floor. I repeated the experiment, and the feather fell again.
I reflected on the possibility that I was deceiving myself, considering unforeseen variables. I continued trying, and eventually the feather moved. I then decided to compare the weight of the feather with that of an empty matchbox and realized that they were almost the same. This led me to consider the relationship between the object and nature. Finally, I experimented with a tree leaf, comparing its weight with that of the feather. The leaf also fell, and I continued experimenting until I managed to move the objects. I realized that it was not only a matter of energy, but of feeling and connecting with the object, like a coupling.
