Summary
TAD requires no preparation: anyone can donate energy with goodwill and from the heart, since all energy can be useful. Simply raise your hands each day in a comfortable place and think of yourself as exteriorizing energy to the helpers of the Center for Consciousness Studies (CEC). At the end of the task, bring the exteriorization to a close.

A listener asks whether, in order to do the TAD, it is necessary to perform some technique, such as circulation of energy or meditation. I think the TAD is a work done daily, and everyone can take part. The energy we exteriorize will be used, regardless of its level or quality, because all energy can be useful in some way. A person in a denser condition may need denser energies—for example, someone in surgery may need that type of energy. There is no need to worry about whether your energy will be useful, unless you are in outbursts of anger or aggressiveness, a situation that would require adjustments by the spiritual helpers. It is a good idea to donate without blocks or limits.
When you donate with the heart, that makes a great difference. The intention of the TAD is to increase the number of people raising their hands daily. The world needs that, without weapons. This task can be done calmly, in a comfortable place, sitting or standing. It is enough to think: "I am exteriorizing my energies to the helpers of the Center for Consciousness Studies." When you finish, end your exteriorization of energy. This is your work: a great invisible contribution. Just make yourself available with good will and intention, raise your hands, and help those who need it. There is no need for rituals or efforts to improve. Put your heart into it and everything will be better.
