Summary

Energy absorption can be beneficial, but it should not be practiced without sufficient knowledge, as it can disrupt the environment's natural homeostasis. When the capture of energy depletes another being's energy, it becomes vampirism. The impact depends on the balance of forces: it is smaller in a dense forest than in an enclosed space with few people.

The absorption of energies raises an important question: to what extent is capturing energies healthy? This question arises because we frequently discuss the exteriorization of energies, which involves both capturing and releasing. Many people mention absorbing energies from trees, for example, by hugging them in order to energize themselves. The absorption of energies must be done with good sense, and knowledge provides us with the necessary guidelines to carry out these practices appropriately.

Hugging a tree in order to energize oneself, in my opinion, brings no advantage, because the same energy you would absorb from the trunk can be received from the canopy by standing under the tree. This is knowledge: the tree captures and exteriorizes energy constantly through its thousands of chakras, and this energy spreads throughout the area beneath the tree. However, the capturing of energy must not turn into vampirism, which occurs when the energy of another being is drained.

It is crucial to have knowledge, because you can absorb energy from an animal—which may explain situations in which an animal becomes ill or dies with no apparent cause. Without sufficient knowledge, one should not practice the absorption of energy, because this can unbalance the environment. Each being has its own level of stability, and when we interfere, we destabilize that harmony. The environment always compensates itself in some way, but the correlation of forces is essential.

In a dense forest, the impact of absorbing energy is smaller than in an enclosed environment with few people. The absorption of energy can be beneficial, but it is essential to know what one is doing in order to act correctly. When we direct our will to capture energy, we can unbalance the environment, which possesses a natural homeostasis. Acting according to our will, without the proper knowledge, can cause more harm than good. Therefore, it is better to seek more knowledge.
